The position of the apartment relative to the town and to Hadrian's Wall and the sights was great. And there was always a space to park on the road near the apartment.
The matresses on both the double beds were old, used, soft and extremely unconfortable. None of us had a good nights sleep during our stay. It is a shame that the beds and bedding were not of good quality.
The apartment could have also been cleaner.

Apartment had everything you would need for a really enjoyable stay
The only issue would maybe be parking - it’s roadside parking on quite a busy street but was to be expected for such a good location close to centre

Parking spaces were always available, albeit not always directly outside the apartment.
It was a nice walk down to Hexham centre. I recommend turning left out of the apartment and walking through The Sele.
Lounge had not been vacuumed before we arrived and there were food deposits on the carpet and under the dining table

Hexham is lovely and the apartment was a short walk into the town centre. The property is comfortable, very clean, and well equipped.
Only on road parking available and it was a bit of a lottery - several times we had to park out on the main road because there was no space by the apartment. Also, the neighbours above us were pacing their creaking floorboards above us in the small hours a couple of times...

Lovely comfortable ground floor apartment, very handy for town centre, turn left and go through the cute park- very well equipped, had a useful guide on how things worked too. On street parking okay.

Fantastic apartment - spacious, clean and furnished to a high standard with everything you could possibly need and right in the heart of the town.
Hoping you would find a parking spot close to the apartment after being out for the day, but we were lucky to always find a spot close by.

no can opener ! and no lock on the bathroom door and the internal handle in the bathroom came off

Heating very controllable if your other half is always hot then cold then hot again 🤣!!!
Parking was a bit of a mare. Broken down car parked outside the property since 13/10 didn't help things. Told the Holiday company but no reply forthcoming!
No fresh milk in fridge on arrival. (Little UHT blister packs don't count sorry !!) Pet hate this one !
THE lowest beds in the world. Very nice modern comfy beds but literally sleeping on the floor (front bedroom anyway)

Location was ideal. Beautifully decorated apartment and good facilities. Lovely under floor heating in the bathroom.
Bathroom a little short on headroom being under the stairs. Both mattresses need replacing, so uncomfortable. The size of the rear bedroom really doesn't accommodate a double bed. One bedroom has a socket for the hairdryer but the lead doesn't reach the mirror behind the door. The other bedroom has a mirror but the socket is right behind the bed.

There were many items that were of high standard
The sofas were too soft and low down (unsuitable for disabled or those of limited flexability) The beds were low (Almost floor level!) and the sink in the bathroom was too high! If you were over 6 foot in may be OK but us other mortals struggled for a decent wash! If you were over 6 foot though you would hit youe head when using the Loo!

a television complete with Netflix! Only a ten
minute walk into Hexham centre.
There was nothing that we didn’t like but bed
could have been larger. And bloke above needs

Central location. The property was modern and very clean with everything that is needed for a comfortable stay.
Little difficult to park when the street was busy due to an event at the nearby cricket club. Noise of the resident in the property above was a little off putting - could hear phone calls and constant coughing.

We were not offered breakfast and the location was adequate.
Parking on the street was extremely tight and dangerous. Car in front of mine had wing mirror smashed one night and my car alarm was activated by very close passing.

Clean, warm and comfortable. Very well equipped. Location was ideal. Excellent communication with the owners and able to contact them at any time if necessary. Shower was great and plenty of hot water.

parking was extremely busy and had to park quite away from flat entrance

The apartment was spacious and had all the facilities we required. Location was great walking distance to town and restaurants.
The hot water in shower was only luke warm and didn’t seem to get hot.
The sound proofing needs attention as you could hear everything from the apartment above which middle of the night to hear someone coughing was disturbing.

Figuring out the heating was a bit tricky.

Clean and provided good access to the Town and other amenities.
Unlike many of the other apartments we have stayed in there was no welcome pack. A pint or milk and perhaps a small packet of biscuits would have been a good idea. Although the apartment is billed as luxury I would suggest comfortable would be more appropriate. Parking was also on a very narrow street if you wanted to be nearby.
