We hebben het heerlijk gehad vanwege de locatie van de woning en het heerlijke weer

Het contact met de host was perfect De locatie. De woning is heerlijk ruim Praktische tuin en een lekker zwembad Goede wasmachine Prima broodmes en voldoende serviesgoed Voldoende handdoeken en strandlakens Schoon beddengoed

Slechte pannen en te weinig kookgerei zoals een goed mes en een garde Geen stofzuiger Overlast van mieren op de bovenverdieping Matig schoon vooral de randjes en kantjes in de badkamer Matige bedden

we enjoyed our stay at Turquesa despite the noted problems.

cleanliness very poor cobwebs in one bedroom general dirty door handles skirting boards facings, has not been cleaned for some time, 4 old uncomfortable metal loungers 3 plastic unsuitable loungers… 1 was broken. so 6 loungers for 8 persons! This tired property if given a good clean and supplied with modern pool furniture would then be value for the price paid.

Fantastic Family Holiday in this Perfectly Located Villa

We had an absolutely wonderful family holiday with our grown-up children, the last before our daughter gets married. We selected the villa based on location and we were not disappointed, bang smack in the middle of the resort, a couple of minutes walk from 2 fantastic supermarkets, both of which had a brilliant selection of fresh butcher's produce which we enjoyed at a few barbecues at the villa. The pool and outdoor area were wonderful. The sunbeds on arrival were (as previous guests had pointed out) tired. One message to the amazing staff meant that we had brand new sunbeds delivered within a few hours! Amazing service! The villa itself is comfortable, well laid out and very clean. The beds are hard but extremely comfortable, all six of us slept wonderfully every night! The rooms were hot, it was July after all and only 2 had fans but after another message to management, a brand new fan was delivered for the 3rd room!! This villa has everything any holidaymaker could want. We loved it and will hopefully return in the future! Thank you to Sara and Katja, our holiday was just perfect!

Fantastic family holiday in a great villa at a great location.

Lovely Villa & Pool with everything we could need, great location, very close to the shops and the beach. Very Clean and spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

Could do with extra pillows and Poolside loungers were very uncomfortable and would need upgrading.

Fabulous Villa Turquesa in beautiful Fuerteventura 🤍

The Villa is lovely, it’s quirky and has a ‘Mamma Mia’ feel too it (the odd handle will come off in your hand!) Two of the bathrooms have a fabulous walk in shower. bathroom 3 would benefit from being updated to the same. The pool is a great size for all the family and was warm (July) so the kids had no problems jumping straight in. The location is perfect, we wanted somewhere where a car wasn’t necessary. 5 min walk to the shops (Spa), the trolley provided in the villa is a god send! 5 mins to the beach which is lovely. Or a short taxi €7 to the sand dunes beach which is gorgeous (take a packed lunch!) All the shops and restaurants are a short walk away, go into the old town to Oscars Tapas restaurant it’s amazing! Pretty much everything has been thought of, all towels provided. Washing machine (we washed towels most days) Kitchen well equipped although we didn’t cook. Sara and Katja the hosts were great, really helpful with any questions and advice and responded quickly. We loved Fuerteventura and wouldn’t hesitate to go back and stay in this villa again.

The beds…. they are hard but if I’m honest I didn’t mind that. My back actually improved sleeping on them! Everyone said they could have done with a better or extra pillow so it might be good to have some spare pillows in the wardrobes. The pool got murky around day 5/6 and even after a clean on day 7 it was still green, can’t be helped due to sun cream and 10 people in and out but didn’t look particularly inviting! It’s not a downfall as not sure what else can be done to stop it. It was cleaned and chlorinated so was still safe to use so not a massive deal.

Did not stay too dirty and not worth the money more like a 500 pound a week villa

The location was good,

Response from Villa is a LIE, Never threatened to leave bad reviews, left within an hour and handed the keys back the next day, Booking.com tried to resolve and was met with a flat NO, we found another Villa through Victor at the Waikiki Bar after leaving this Villa, Taking Sara to small claims court through CAB in Spain. The Villa was dirty, beds were the worst we have ever tried, the bed linen was stained and dirty, the decoration was dirty and stained, we felt the need to leave after an hour as the photos in the advert were not what you actually got, we asked for a refund as we found ourselves another Villa, cheaper and ten times better just around the corner, We got a flat NO for the refund from Sara, and Booking.com offered some compensation, now taking it into our own hands through CAB Spain, save yourself some money and book elsewhere

great location , everything at your doorstep beautiful beach great shops and water park 10 mins away

sun beds were extremely uncomfortable there were not enough for the 10of us but the owner was very nice and tried to get a few more but this was not possible . other than that it’s an excellent place to stay

The main positive was the friendliness of Sara & Katja. They were more than willing to answer any queries & replied promptly, which lead to a perfect holiday. Plenty of space for 6 adults & 4 young children . The pool was the ideal depth for a young family. BBQ area & utensils were really good.

The mold on the en-suite roof needs addressing. The option of paying to heat the pool needs adding to the details. fortunately we were in Correlejo a few weeks previous to our family holiday & we spoke to the people who were renting the Villa & she mentioned this. Had we not known the pool would have been too cold for the young children. A warm pool was essential to our holiday.

Amazing villa, stunning location

On arrival we was met by Katia and she was so friendly and helpful, communication with Sara was brilliant leading up to our holiday and also whilst we was there, very attentive hosts The villa was amazing, clean, spacious and has all the amenities you would need We loved the outside seating area that is in the shade where we enjoyed our family meals The location is perfect, 5 minute walk from the beach and all restaurants, shops bars etc

The only negative i have was that The beds need to be updated and maybe mattress toppers to soften them

We enjoyed our stay in the villa and in Corralejo and discussed already going back to same place.

The hospitality at arrival was great. Katja showed us around the house and told us the great things to see and do at Fuerteventura. All house, garden, pool was tidy. The location of the villa is excelent and only minutes walking distance away from the beach, shops and restaurants. The villa is equipped with spacious living, bed and bathrooms. The outdoor bbq, the veranda, the pool and garden brings comfort and hapiness to the holiday. There has been excelent mail and telephone contact with Sara and Katja

During our stay we observed some shortcomings. It must be noted that these shortcomings were acknowledged by Sara and Katja. It was taken serious and were actioned immediately. The matrasses in the villa were found firm. This however is subjective. An attempt was made to change some of the matrasses however the new could not be delivered in time.
