フロントでもお部屋も色々揃ってて、タージマハルまでのアクセスがよかったです:)清潔なお部屋でした！

チェックインしてからお部屋を案内された後にすぐに携帯の充電をしたかったのに使えなかった。（カギをカードキーにさした後も）そのためフロントに言いに行く必要が何度かあった。Wi-Fiもつながっているときはいいが、よく繋がらなくなり、フロントで伝えるとWi-Fiのコンセントを抜いていることが多かった。

Credit card problem

It was ok

Hosteller’s paying system “Razorpay” do not work with many foreign credit cards. So fix it!! Instead of telling us costumers that “we” have a problem with our credit cards. NO YOU HAVE!

Taj

Walkable to the Taj Mahal, but not much else around except tourist shops. The rooftop is awesome and the restaurant food was great.

1 bathroom for 8 beds is pushing it. Especially when the sink, toilet and shower all go out of commission anytime someone needs 1 of the 3. I was not able to use the bathroom in my room for hours at a time due to being in a room with 7 girls. The only other bathroom was a toilet on the roof.

Taj Mahal great stay

Kind and helpful staff. Wonderful location, walking distance from Taj Mahal. Tuktuk driver (Happy) was very nice and helpful. Rooftop with amazing views of Taj and cool ambience.

Rooms are a little bit cold and small, but overall clean and comfortable.

Taj Mahal'e çok yakın ve teras Taj Mahal manzaralı

Taj Mahal'e yürüme mesafesinde. Temiz ve düzenli. Her şey olması gerektiği gibiydi.

Terastaki kafenin yemekleri daha iyi olabilirdi. Duş aldıktan sonra banyoda çok fazla su birikiyor. Suyu boşaltmak için bir çekpas veya benzeri bir temizlik aracı olsa iyi olurdu.

Everything was perfect except the thing on the recepcion

Very good hostel, modern and clean. The manager and the cleaning staff very nice and friendly, but another guy on the reception was rude with me in front of another clients claiming I didn’t pay at the arrival an this was not very nice situation.

Good location, bareable for one night but nothing more

Good central location for Taj Mahal

Hair in the sink and brown marks in the toilet on arrival Freezing cold room in middle of winter and no way to heat it up Loud house music playing till gone 11pm when trying to sleep from the rooftop despite no customers, ear buds essential but you can still hear it through them, please read other reviews about this before considering staying here

Top location for Taj Mahal.

Top location for Taj Mahal and the small town Taj Ganj is good for food, meals and supplies. Staff were very friendly.

The rooftop terrace is expensive for food and drink and I’d suggest go elsewhere for a meal. Much cheaper in Taj Ganj. Hostel does suffer from poor noise insulation but it all goes quiet about 8pm. Beds are a bit short so my feet were hanging off the edge.

Good location and nice staff

Location is walking distance to the Taj Mahal. The staff are very accommodating.

The room had a/c but no heat which normal should be fine if you travel during summer. We went during a cold wave in January and it got pretty chilly in the room.

Recommended for a stay over.

The hostel is located one road away from the main entrance road to the Taj Mahal. This makes it a peaceful place away from the bustling chaos that one gets used to in India. There is a very nice roof terrace with a restaurant that serves food throughout the day, and has a nice cosy fireplace for in the evening. This makes it a nice place to relax after a busy day out sightseeing. The atmosphere among the staff and guests on the roof-top is very nice, thus making it easy to meet fellow travellers. I stayed in a private room, which was well equipped and relatively spacious.

Bonne localisation

Personnel gentil, present et serviable. Bon rapport qualité prix et trés bon emplacement Le restaurant est bon et abordable avec une terrasse très jolie.

Nous n'avions plus d'électricité durant 24 h quasiment. Malgré les avoir prevenu le matin afin qu'ils puissent faire le necessaire, le soir toujours pas d'électricité. Il a fallu insister et finir par exiger de changer de chambre pour que quelqu'un puisse finalement nous remettre l'électricité. Pas de fenêtre dans la chambre. De ce fait chambre très humide et sombre

Funcionários muito solícitos e simpáticos, nos ajudaram inclusive a comprar passagens de ônibus pra Delhi. Fantástico! Localização ótima, super perto pra ir caminhando ao Taj Mahal.

fraudulent charges on my credit card

我已經使用有效的信用卡來確保訂房成功，但這間旅館在我們尚未抵達前，要求我們需要先支付全額款項，並提供一個外部網站連結讓外國旅客可以用信用卡支付。當旅行結束，回國後竟然發現我的信用卡被盜刷USD$615，這間旅館非常危險！並沒有保護旅客的資料安全。入住時被要求用手機掃描桌上的QRcode自助check-in，我們花了很多時間站在現場用手機填寫資料，並且將護照照片及簽證上傳，終於完成後，接待人員又拿走我們的護照去影印，這個流程很浪費時間。除此之外，所有的照片都過度美化。我們被告知整個飯店只有一間有窗戶的雙人房，其餘的都是沒有窗戶的。房間內充滿濃郁的廉價香精味，如果你對氣味敏感，請遠離這裡。

Very good

Taj view from Terrace was bery nice and food was delicilious.

It could be bit more cleaner specially washrooms and also there was some foul smell probably of dampness.

With a reasonable rate, stunning rooftop view, and exceptionally helpful staff, our stay was great despite the late-nigh

The room rate was quite reasonable for the quality provided. The rooftop view was stunning and the staff were exceptional, going the extra mile to enhance our stay - even helping to procure medicine when needed. Their friendliness and eagerness to assist were noteworthy.

Our only suggestion would be to manage the volume of events such as rooftop weddings. The music was excessively loud and carried on late into the night, making it feel as if the festivities were right in our room. A slight volume reduction or prior notification to guests would be appreciated.

worst stay!! don’t go here if you want to live.

The proximity to Taj Mahal was the only good thing.

This hotel is a scam. We stayed 3 nights, there was no hot water. we kept complaining about it everyday multiple times and they would say wait for 5 minutes. on the 3rd day, one of the person from the hotel turned some knob in the geyser and said, someone had turned it off. the third day, after the water heater was fixed, they switched off the AC in the middle of the night in a room with no ventilation, In peak Indian summer. we were suffocating. we had to switch on the fan and open the room door to survive. and when we told them about it, one person takes us to the room, while the other person runs to the control room and switches it on and pretends like it was always ok. The hotel staff are liars and they have no value for life. the hotel is also situated around drainage system which breeds all kinds of diseases. just breathing that air is enough to fall sick.

For a night for the Taj Mahal this is ideal!

Brilliant location, close to the Taj Mahal East gate. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food on the rooftop was delicious - shout-out to the chef and restaurant staff! Good music choices too!

The room could have been cleaner, lots of dead mosquitos in room and stains on duvet cover. Other than Taj Mahal there is nothing else around. (no fault of property but just to help others.) We only ended up stayed an extra night because we were knackered from travelling.

Excellent attention and great food on the rooftop.

The sheets on the bed in the shared room were not clean. they were kind of sticky, so it was not comfortable to sleep.

Facilities were good, room was clean, staff was somewhat helpful. I could drop my bag before/after checking hours to visit Agra.

Check-in process is a mess, first a pre-payment through a third party is asked for, in a message that state "URGENT". Then at the hostel, a online check-in is required with over 20 questions and requiring to upload passport and visa. Then the check-in is done with the receptionist, who ask the same questions again and still need to scan passport and visa. Finally, I had to dig out the pre-payment receipt, because they couldn't find it. Extra question, why did the staff walk in the dormitory at 6 AM, lit up all the lights and started filling buckets of water while leaving all doors open?

Very good

I liked the place, met some interesting people, overall was a good vibe.

Even though on Booking.com, they mention they will accept international credit cards, they didn't. This was a problem, as my Indian bank account at the time was empty, unfortunately. And then they expect us to pay in cash. This was a problem faced by many international tourists over there as well. Also, the bathroom handle was missing. They gave me the handle, with which you can close, but had to contact the staff for the same at 2am.

Fairly basic hostel fine for one night within 15 min walk from Taj

Rooftop restaurant was social for meeting people and food was quick and reliable. Staff were friendly.

Room was basic compared to photos. Bathroom facilities a dated. No interior style. Food expensive for area. Windows thin so noise from music from bar and outside
