About this condo rental
Spacious apartment located in an elegant residence on the beachfront, with beautiful views of the sea, the beach and the mountains. The apartment has three bedrooms, the main room with double bed and bathroom. In addition the apartment has another bathroom, kitchen with balcony, a comfortable living room, a large terrace with table and chairs for outdoor dining and elevator in the building. The residence has an access ramp for babies' cars, wheelchairs and bicycles, and also a tennis court, and a private two-seater garage, the reservation of which would be additional. In the apartment all kinds of pets are accepted, also at an additional cost to the reservation.

En lineas generales, muy bien. Limpio, cuidado y en una ubicacion extraordinaria. A mejorar pequeños detalles: alguna luz baja en los dormitorios, y mampara en el segundo baño, pero es un lugar para repetir. Muy bien.

Entspannt zum Strand
Die Wohnung ist im ersten Stock eines Appartementhauses direkt hinter der Strandpromenade am wunderschönen Strand bei Laredo. Das Zentrum ist nur 4 km vom Haus entfernt. Der Tennisplatz liegt direkt neben dem Haus. Die Küche ist spartanisch ausgestattet, also nichts für Leute die gerne kochen. In einem Bad gibt es keine Duschkabine. Zum Baden reicht das warme Wasser im Boiler nicht aus. Man muss Abstriche machen, aber die Lage entschädigt!

Muy bueno, el piso es muy amplio, cómodo, la terraza muy grande y las vistas lo mejor, poder comer viendo el mar es una gozada. La zona muy tranquila pero con todos los servicios cerca. Los anfitriones muy atentos, repetiremos!

Plena tranquilidad
El apartamento es amplio y luminoso, la ubicación inmejorable, primera linea de playa en una zona sin tráfico ni bares por lo que el silencio es total, pero con un breve paseo puedes encontrar pequeños supermercados y restaurantes. La bahía y la playa son un sueño y no os perdais la pequeña barquita que cruza a Santoña en el puntal. Lo peor es marcharse de.allí, cuesta mucho. Un abrazo para Mayte y Kepa, nos trataron muy bien.

Piso luminoso con bellas vistas al mar
Hemos pasado en familia una estancia muy agradable. El piso tiene acceso directo a la playa y tiene una terraza muy agradable con vistas al mar.

Alojamiento bien ubicado
El alojamiento tiene una ubicación excelente, el piso se nota que tienes sus años pero muy amplio.
Nosotros llegamos un domingo y para aparcar fue difícil, así que tuvimos que pagar un extra por el trastero y dejar el coche allí (porque supuestamente todos los días iba a estar la calle a tope) los demás días vacía la calle. Osea que pagamos para nada. La limpieza escasa, detrás del espejo del baño de la habitación principal había 3 dedos de pelusa, de no haberlo limpiado en años. Por lo demás bien.

Perfecto para alojarse con niños, al lado de la playa y vistas a Santoña y Laredo. Zona muy tranquila.

Vacaciones en agosto
El apartamento esta muy bien situado y se ve el mar desde la terraza.
La urbanizacion es tranquila y tiene cerca cafeterias y supermercado.
Estuvimos muy cómodos las 2 semanas de nuestra estancia, y los anfitriones siempre disponibles ante cualquier duda.

Vacaciones en Laredo
Un alojamiento perfecto, hemos estado toda la familia, con niños y con perrito, espacios muy amplios, buena limpieza, a dos pasos de la playa y muy buen trato. Volveremos!!
