Great villa and great staff miss Rose our house keeper and miss Joy the property manager made us feel right at home only down side is it’s a little off the beaten path but would definitely stay again if I could get the downstairs villa with the pool

I really enjoyed staying at this villa. The location was great, not too far away from walking street. The place looks just like the pictures. Joy was very responsive and also set up transportation for us to and from the airport. The place was also guest friendly. I would definitely stay there again!

This apartment is as beautiful as the photos show. It is quiet which can be an issue in Pattaya. Just superb value for money. Cleaner baby sat for us (for a few baht extra). She was lovely. Great service from Martin.Wouls stay here again in a heartbeat.

This villa is beautiful. Everything is very clean and modern. The neighborhood is quiet, yet still close to all the action. Maid service was excellent as well. You can't go wrong renting from Martien. He's on top of everything from beginning to end and is available to assist with any issues you might have, although I didn't have any. I would definitely stay here again when in Pattaya. Thanks Martien!

I was completely blown away by this rental property! I had never used HomeAway before, so I didn't know what to expect. I read dozens of reviews for this villa and this seemed like the best quality in the area for my husband and I to stay for our honeymoon. First off, the customer service was amazing! From the day that I sent my first inquiry email to the minute we left after our stay, Martien was 100% responsive and always answered promptly. He made us feel special from day one and even had rose petals, wine, and candles set up around the villa for our special occasion! He met us on the first day to walk through with us and tell us about the area, provided some snacks and water for us to enjoy before having to head to the market, and then came again on the last day to say goodbye. He also emailed to make sure things were ok during the stay. The villa was beyond beautiful. The pictures don't do it any justice! It was so well-maintained and clean. Housekeeping cleaned the place every day, and she was also such a sweetheart! The location was perfect. It was walking distance to markets, restaurants, and tons of other stores/services, but it was still secluded and quiet. We also walked to the famous Walking Street and Beach Road when we wanted to hang out at night, have a sit down dinner by the water or take a ferry to Koh Larn etc. Pattaya and the surrounding area was filled with plenty of things to do. In addition to various places on Beach Road and Walking Street, we went to the Elephant park, Jomtien Beach, Koh Larn beach, Central Festival mall, Art in Paradise museum and even spent a day in Bangkok to see the Grand Palace and Big Budda statue. Our favorite restaurant near the property was Tigglebitties. They served all types of food like American, Mexican, Thai and the customer service was great. Drinks were awesome too. Overall, this villa was exactly as advertised, even better than expected. The surrounding locals were friendly and helpful. Everything we needed was nearby and it was very easy to catch a taxi or motorbike when we wanted to venture out. Prices were very affordable. We will definitely be back, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone! Thanks Martien for such a wonderful first experience!

I can't praise this place enough! Arriving late at night, we were met at the villa by the owner himself, who showed us round. Martien even arranged our taxi transfer from the airport, so no hassle for us. The villa is spacious, very modern and exceptionally clean. Travelling with a 1yr old, we had a cot waiting and set up ready for us arriving. Two big rooms, both with ensuite bathrooms were fab! We really had everything and the kitchen had everything you need, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer etc. The cleaning lady does such a good job, cleaning 6 days a week, towels changed daily for fresh ones and not one single complaint from us! Martien, the owner was really helpful, we had no issues and he advised on local places to visit and was always on the end of an email/phone call should we have needed anything. He met us on check out, helped carry cases to the taxi and our damage deposit was refunded within 3 days of us leaving the villa. Location is great, there is a cheap Indian restaurant right opposite, with a local shop 5 mins walk too. We bought fruit daily from a local lady around the corner and taxis were easily available from the main road, 5 mins walk if that. We walked into the centre of Pattaya a few times, talking us around 30mins to walking street and the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas. We had a great time in Pattaya and at the villa and would definitely recommend the area to family and friends who were looking to travel to Thailand. Thanks again!

The position of the house is really close to everything,the owner of the hause is a kind person,she helped me for many things,anythime that i had a problem she was there to help me to solve it

Prachtig superdeluxe penthouse! Alles keurig netjes en schoon en goed bijgehouden. Prima service van Coen en Jantje, zij staan altijd voor je klaar! De foto's zijn echt zoals het er ook uitziet, gewoon geweldig! In Pattaya is het gezellig uitgaan en ook in de omgeving is genoeg te bekijken en te doen. We hebben een topvakantie gehad en komen zeker nog eens terug!

I stay there for 2 weeks. The only thing to say is "PERFECT" I arrived in pattaya in nighttime and also left early in the morning, no problem for Coen and Jan! They welcomed me warmly and spent a lot of time to show us all the features of the penthouse. The penthouse exactly corresponds to the pictures on homeaway. The service was also perfect. I found a huge stuffed fridge with all kinds of drinks. They cleaned the villa everyday and were very helpful with all matters. Thank you again Jan, for the toolbox :) The penthouse is in a perfect location in the middle of pattaya. Everything is in walking distance (ATM, Restaurants, Market...) All together it was an amazing Holiday. Jan and Coen made it happen. Thanks a lot again for that beautiful stay. I am looking forward to come back soon

Enjoyed the stay VERY VERY Much, excellent host, very helpfull in anything we needed. Honnest - no need to worry about security - all safe and secure. Stunning decore and the Penthouse has a Jacuzzi o the Terrace and the Villa a pool - both EXCELLENT. Would not hasitate at all to stay again, will be back. It is a 10/15 min walk to Walking street, or take a bike ride 3 min. Away from the the noise yet close to Party when ever you like. Full Star rating in every filed, service, place, area, decore etc. Again thank you Coen and Jenny and all the staff. Seeeeeeee you Again.

We stay 9 Night at this Penthouse and have a very nice time.The Penthouse have all what you want with high standard furniture.The Picture from the Penthouse looks very nice but at real it looks lots better.... 2 big Bedrooms with comfortable beds and very clean en-suite showerrooms A big livingroom with DVD,TV and Sonosstation and on site a very nice,new and clean Kitchen.Outside you can found a very beautiful,quiet Terrace with Yakuzi. All rooms have lots of Fans and Aircons.The 2 bedrooms and the livingroom have a TV. The Penthouse is very clean and new and all looks in Thai-Bali-Style.Its a very beautiful place to chill out and relax. Location: The Penthouse located at a very qiuet and clean site street.But few meters away you can found everything you need.The Beachroad/Walkingstreet is not far away,only 15 minutes to walk or 2-3 minutes with the Mototaxi.Mototaxi you can found every corner for cheap money Service: !!! Perfect !!! Coen and Jan have every time a smile and help you with all Problems and inquiry Jan clean the Penthouse 6 time per week and look thats all is perfect If you have dirty cothes,only ask to Jan,she help you and bring the clothes to the laundry. If you search everything or want a taxi pick up........Coen and Jan help you every time and make very good customer service!!! The Penthouse can definitely recommend Coen and Jan,Thanks for the perfect,amazing Holiday. We have lots fun at your Villa. And Big Thanks for the New Year Party.We never forget this time!!!! 5 stars! I enjoyed my stay in this beautiful villa and surroundings. Everything close by and still quiet and peaceful. The villa is well maintained, very clean, neat and properly built. Absolutely no negative feedback. I recommend this villa for everybody who wants luxury and no worries for a reasonable price. Everything is as in the pictures and as promised. The owner Coen and Jantje are lovely and take care of everything. I'll come back for sure!
