Superb stay in Amalfi Perfecto!!

La Valle Delle Ferriere is amazing. Gino is an extremely attentive host. We received a tart lemon ice cream upon arrival. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Our teenagers loved the LED shower lights. But the best part was the amazing breakfast on the terrace. Fantastic.

There are lots of steps. We didn’t mind at all. Gino helped with our bags which was nice. If you have limited mobility or have lots of heavy luggage this may be a deterrent.

Chambre magnifique avec vue sur le port d'Amalfi et au milieu des citronniers

L'emplacement proche du centre d'Amalfi à pied, logement très calme cependant,, à proximité de sentiers de randonnée également . Chambre très spacieuse et très lumineuse. Le propriétaire vous porte très gentiment vos bagages depuis le parking jusqu'au logement, à l'arrivée et au départ, plus de 180 marches avec la valise sur l'épaule 👍l'accueil avec un sorbet au citron en cadeau de bienvenue

Juste une remarque mais qui est bien notée sur le descriptif du site Booking: le logement étant situé tout en haut du village, il ne faut pas avoir peur de marcher et surtout de gravir beaucoup de marches d'escaliers🤣 donc déconseillé aux personnes ayant des problèmes pour marcher!

Really nice host and super location

We stayed 2 nights and the host was really nice. For breakfast we could choose the night before between salty or sweet. The host prepared this with much love, fresh fruits and it was really good. The appartment comes with a nice view and is about 10 mins by foot to the centre. We also asked for restaurant recommendations and enjoyed the restaurantes a much.

Good value for money and an exceptional vista!

The buildiing is recently renovated (or perhaps built?) to a high standard of comfort. The interior is decorated with taste and local touches. The view from the balcony was magnificent - exactly as beautiful as in the photos. We specially liked seeing both the sea and the mountains from the room. The breakfast (we ordered the salty version) was of excellent quality and generous - eggs, cold meats, breads, tomatoes and a little cheese, good capuccino. It was perfect for a long day of hiking and it allowed us to skip a full lunch. The owner and the staff are friendly and helpful. We highly recommend visiting Amalfi in the off-season. It is a pleasure to see the sights without the crush of the summer tourist season and Amalfi reverts to being a normal town.

The property may not be suitable for persons who have trouble with the effort of climbing stairs. Each trip up is equivalent to walking up a 6 story building, but if you are fit, it is worth the effort!

A wonderful exeperience and exciting visit.

The property is clean, the hospitality is exemplary, and the host and staff were friendly and accommodating. The location of the property is ideal to enjoy the scenery of the sea and the Amalfi mountains.

Breathtaking

The breakfast was amazing. Location is also breathtaking. We were worried about the steps but Gino helped us and we took breaks in between, so was smooth!

The golf carts are a bit expensive but outside control of hotel

Bit Expensive given I didn’t get any view from my room

Clean room and nice breakfast. Gino was really good and helped with luggage to get to the room.

Mountain view on the room description was a wall in front of my window with a painted mountain on it if thats what mountain view mean 😅 180 steps to get to the property was quite a hassle

An amazing place run by amazing people!

From start to finish, it was superb. Gino (who worked there) was very welcoming and insisted on taking our bags to the room. The room itself was fabulous and had a view you cannot beat and was well worth the 180 steps to the B&B. You have a wonderful breakfast on their terrace, looking over the cliffs of Amalfi! Again, views were 10/10. Overall, a lovely place to stay run by lovely, kindhearted people! Thank you!

Nice and welcoming stay

Local business run by a family. They were kind and welcoming. Breakfast was perfect and the location, is stunning with the green view of the valley. A bit far up if you come with heavy luggage but they wait for you mid way to help you walk up.

Perfect place and views!

The perfect stay! The owner Gino was super friendly, helped us with our luggage because there are a lot of stairs to get to the property, but waited for us with a nice lemonade! The views are AMAZING, and so is the breakfast! The room was spacious, very clean and super comfortable.

The owners are highly professional, and at the same time you will feel as if you are staying with your closest relatives

The location of the apartment is in the most beautiful part of Amalfi, where as a visitor you can see the sea, which is like in the palm of your hand, and at the same time the lemon plantations that stretch endlessly at the foot of the mountain. The owners are highly professional, and at the same time you will feel as if you are staying with your closest relatives. We personally were not allowed to carry our suitcases neither on arrival nor on departure. They welcomed us with delicious lemonade, the room was super clean and fabulously decorated. The breakfast was served on the terrace, from where one gets breathless again. Any positive recommendation!♥️🍋

Amazing view, room and staff! Highly recommended.

Beautiful B&B with a stunning view over Amalfi and the sea, surrounded by nature and lemon gardens. The room was full of nice details, clean and very spacious. Breakfast is served in a beautiful terrace, we loved the lemon cake prepared by the owner Maria. The staff is just amazing! We were offered water and lemonade at our arrival, we had our luggage carried up the stairs, we got our transfer from and to the airport arranged and many useful tips for our trip. Absolutely recommended.

There are many stairs to climb to reach the property, which require some effort especially in the heat. But the view and services offered definitely pay back!

Amazing view over Amalfi, the staff were amazing and so helpful and accommodating.

The walk from Amalfi town to the hotel was long and uphill. That's the only downside.

Great small hotel in Amalfi

Lovely clean and stylish room. Beautiful view of Amalfi and the valley from our balcony. Friendly, helpful staff.

The choice of breakfast is savoury or sweet - would be good to be able to mix. Do be aware that there are lots of steps to reach the property - not a problem for us but bring a rucksack not a wheelie case!

Met our needs other than the many steps to climb.

Juice was good as well as the croissants. Cereal was tasty but not enought if that was the only thing someone was eating. Fruit was tasty. Our waiter was very pleaseant and made every effort to meet our requests.

The choices were not clear to us. Saying Sweet vs Tangy meant nothing. We did not like the cappucino, the tangy is not what we thought it was going to be and the cereal was too small for the children. We stopped and got something to eat when we left.

Hidden gem in a busy small town, made our stay in Amalfi perfect and made us feel special ☺️

It was in the perfect location, out of the hustle and bustle of the Amalfi port centre and felt like you were in your own little paradise in the mountains! All ran and cleaned by a lovely lady on her land and assisted by a wonderful man who is doing a 10/10 job to make your stay wonderful! The breakfast was lovely, and of coarse the view. The home made lemonade (yum) and free water on arrival just topped it off. Would definitely recommend for anyone and everyone (great as a couple) ☺️

Place is perfect no faults! If you don’t like stairs it may be a hassle but that’s Amalfi!

Exceptional

Everything about this stay was fabulous from our hosts and their warm welcome to the comfortable beds and pillows. Nothing was too much trouble. The view is spectacular making ALL those steps worth it. Do not book this accommodation if you have any mobility issues!! Breakfast was delicious, fresh and plentiful.

Perfect little place in the mountains

Our stay here was perfect! We had the room with a view of the mountains and sea, it was definitely worth the extra money! Our breakfast served by Gino each morning was fab, you could choose between sweet or savory. The facilities were all in very condition and room was very clean. Would definitely recommend!

I don't have a bad word to say about our stay, it is up a huge hill and lots of steps but we enjoyed the walk each night.

The owner was very welcoming and friendly. The view from the balcony was amazing. The room was bigger than expected and very clean.

We didn't sleep very well because of the neighbours outside, which couldn't be helped by the owner.

The best - will be coming back!

the view from the balcony is second to none, the pictures don’t do it justice at all! the rooms are excellent and the setting for breakfast is lovely Gino is a great host!

it was great for us as we like walking, for those with big bags it is up a bit of a hill with lots of steps, but Gino does help!

We absolutely loved this hotel. The rooms were great, the staff was so helpful, and the breakfast was wonderful.
