The hostess was amazingly friendly and accommodating to my schedule and needs. And the location is beautiful - rarely have I stayed at a place with such a great view! And, the facilities are clean, functional, and comfortable.
The sheets and towels were dated more than normal. Clean and still comfortable to use, but I did notice they seemed more worn than you generally find at a hotel.

The location, wonderful view over the laguna, nice terrace, pool.
Dark, small motel rooms. Furniture and bathroom very basic. We reserved lakeview, they refused to give us one at first.

Great views of the lake, spacious rooms. Good place to stay over night in Ibarra.

Amazing view all around. The rooms are simple but well put together, clean, and comfortable. Excellent beds and warm bedding. Great shower with plenty of hot water. The pool, jacuzzi and steam bath were an awesome plus. The look of the lake and mountains is unparalleled. Breakfast was awesome. Beautiful place and great value.
