Exceptional

The owner was amazing, helpful and always trying to make things easy for us, although he spoke only Italian (and we didn't), we had great conversations. Breakfast and rooms were really great and everything was really clean. Parking was well organized, a bit away from the apartment.

Cosy and hospitable place right between sights and the sea

Breakfast was lovely. Lots of variety to choose from. And the gentleman in charge even kept our preferences in mind: You mentioned you liked the cornetti with choclate, he made sure you got some the next morning, too. Same applies to the room: As seen on the pictures, very clean and very stylish in an Italian way. The owner met us even as we couldn't make the exact hours mentioned in the text. And although we speak little Italian he was easy to communicate with and he thought of really everything we might want or need. Parking was free and a few blocks away, where Casa Lucia is renting some spaces in a public garage. Which is great: This way our car was absolute save and parking is something not to come by easily in Chioggia and Sottomarina.

This has absolutely nothing to with Casa Lucia itself. But you are advised to double-check your way to the address: There are many one-way streets and unfortunately we didn't go by GPS, so it was really hard to find.

Perfect. Staff made the experience great.

staff was exceptionnally friendly. Welcome drink was very appreciable. they extended the breakfast time for us. Breakfast was very copious by the way. Room recently renovated, bathroom spacious, modern and cleaned. Balcony and parking were a nice plus

noise isolation is not ideal.

Very good location, nice hosts in a busy, a bit noisy seaside city.

Our hosts were really friendly, even though we didn't speak much Italian, we could arrange everything we needed ..The breakfast was great and we could take a few bikes (with child seat as well) for free to get around the city. The bathroom was spacious, modern and large balconies were attached to the room. The beach is quite close so you can leave the car in the nearby parking place provided by the hosts who even cleaned our windsreen before leaving :)

Chioggia is a lively city, densely populated, so if you open your windows, the neighbourhood is quite noisy along with the seagulls. It's not the fault of the apartment, but be prepared for it, especially at summer. The soundproofing could be better as well within the building.

Very nice apartment close to the lake.

Staying at Casa the Lucia was very pleasant. Apartment has an incredible interior and location. The owner was helpful and at disposal when we needed him. We were very happy that we found this Apartment for our vacation.

A good lead for people/families who like Italian Flair

Super Gut 👍. Simply GOOD. Very friendly Host in that charming b&b. Nice+clean. Good breakfast. Perfectly organized parking, included in the prize. We got free bycicles to go to the centre. Host showed us around. Very nice and Italian Beach. An absolute alternative to the rest on the upper Adria.

I should have asked the persons name at the lobby but he is without a doubt the most polite sweetest man you'll meet with a genuine concern for his clients. Rooms are clean and cold Locations is extremely well position for the beach and the historical Center

The host waited for us till 8PM. He was extremely nice and tried very hard to make us feel welcome. Room was amazing; clean, roomy with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was very good and I recommend Casa Di Lucia to everyone!

The best of experience of our trip to Italy. Would recommend to all wanting a warm and personal stay

The host went well beyond giving us an excellent breakfast with lots of personal touches and wonderful treats. The host and staff were personable and extremely generous with their care of us. Took care of us with all of our personal needs!

Everything was perfect, highly recommended

This is a 5* B&B with such luxury. Our room was spacious and finished to a very high standard. The breakfast was very good. Our host was so friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended.

I could easily give douze points, but my back says 9 points.

First I want to mention the owner, a truly service minded person who was most helpful in all matters. The breakfast was great. We enjoyed with the greatest pleasure the fresh juicy croissants straight delivered from the bakery. Parking in Italy is not an easy thing, but in this case it was. Secure and close.

Although the room was clean and included everything you wanted, there was one little thing which could be improved. The bed. But I think this is just individual. My back and the madras never got to be friends.

Cosy, modern facility with welcoming hosts

The two brothers who shared hosting duties were most friendly and accommodating. Breakfast and coffee we're excellent

Parking is a bit of a walk but host guided us to it via a locked shortcut ... Bed was big and comfortable but had a wood board around its perimeter that caught our shins several times ... Would have loved at least one English TV news channel
