About this house rental
Beautiful Beach house in Million dollar neighborhood. One house back with exceptional waterfront views. The waves will Lull you to sleep. Can watch beautiful sunsets from upper level balconies. Within 20 feet of Surf and sand and lots of activities including watching them surf from the balconies. The Famous 1920's Belmont park and restaurants are in walking distance and shopping too. Has a two car garage but one is for a compact size and the other SUV. Beach decor throughout so you will feel like you are in Hawaii! The neighborhood:: Our home is located one house back from the boardwalk which is really nice because you can still view and see what the oceanfront has to offer as far as views but without the noise factor. So at night it is much quieter because of the protection you get from being one back. The neighborhood is exclusive with million dollar homes. You get the same views as the million dollar homes but at a very good price. There is a two car garage one for SUV and other for a small compact car. There is a washer dryer on the property. Cleaning Fee is included:: We will have our agreement form come out to you to read and sign if you agree to the terms and there will be a security deposit, which is totally refundable upon the checking out of our home after you depart within 14 days. Also there is a room tax of 10.5% to the rental price and the cleaning fee will be included in the rate. You will have fresh linens and towels and a totally equipped kitchen. All you need is your suitcase and your in.

Great location and perfect for our family. First time in Mission Beach. Happy we didn’t stay closer to the amusements as it was pretty rowdy there. Beach was nice besides the seaweed (not fault of owner, obviously). Beautiful quiet home and we enjoyed our short stay there.

This house was great for the proximity to the beach. There was one broken bed upon our arrival. The only other bad part about this property is its extremely hard to park in the garage. We had a mini van that could barely make it. The neighbors also park in the alley making it almost impossible to get the van into the garage. There is no other nearby parking.

We would rent again! We had 2 young children and 5 adults. Plenty of beds and space. A lot of stairs if that’s an issue for someone. Slept listening to ocean!

Property location was perfect. Kitchen was a good size and property overall was well maintained by owners which is hard with the salty air. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The highest compliment I can give is that a property is exactly as advertised and this property was exactly as advertised. Pictures were current and accurate and property is located one house in from the boardwalk with great outdoor space and proximity to local businesses. We were a little worried actually that we may be too close to a couple of bars but never heard a peep. All communications were timely and complete. Thanks for a great 11 days.

The house was perfect for us. 5 adults, all related, but we didn’t want to share beds.

Perfect Beach House!
The house has room for everyone! Nice size patio on the ground level with two tables and lots of chairs for hanging out. With a bedroom off the patio. Then on the main floor is a nice size living room with a patio for 2, a kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom. Upstairs is another bedroom and bathroom with a small patio for 2. The owners were so easy to communicate with and the house was just a few steps from the beach in walking distance to many places to grab a bite to eat or a drink. There is also a garage for parking. It fit our Mazada 3 and a Honda fit. So 2 smaller cars fit just fine.

Plenty of room for family or friends and the house is equipped with everything you need (cooking utensils, towels, beach stuff, etc). The garage definitely only fits one car for anyone thinking they can fit two lol location and views are great, I would stay again.

We had the best time at the house. The location can't be beat and the house was perfect for our family. Lots of room and the beds were comfortable. Messages were answered quickly and Bobbi helped us with a place to park our van that was too big to fit inside the garage. We hope to stay again!

Great location Nice home
Overall, very happy with our stay. Great location, great home. I would have given an overall 5 rating, however, a couple of things prevented me from doing so. I understand this was out of the owners control, but construction work and staging across from garage door made access to garage difficult. As a previous renter noted, there was no way to fit 2 cars. Another drawback was lack of bureau/dresser space. Plenty of closet space but we lived out of suitcases. Would return!

FYI, I had a very large SUV, and the home next to us was being worked and had scaffolding 3feet wide, making it very hard to get in and out of the garage. Also, the owner is quick to respond and act during a situation. This is a most place to stay during your visit to Mission beach.

Bobbi's property is fantastically located in the heart of Mission Beach, steps from the water! Every floor has a view of the ocean. The home is clean, spacious (we had 5 adults and two young children), well-stocked, and comfortable. Bobbi is responsive and easy to work with, which made the logistics before and after our stay a breeze. Definitely a place to stay
We had a great time. Location was everything. Being locals we knew where to go. Luv that breakfast and coffee was very close. Got my nails done, had drinks. Perfect. The parking is a bummer though for guest. Next door there was construction early morning but gave us a reason to get up and start the day. The WiFi was very choppy. Couldn’t watch tv in the basement or upper level. Heaven forbid the kids can’t use their electronics. I would suggest a new coffee and or kurig. The filter needs a good cleaning. The coffee tasted yucky . Also tupperware for leftovers. Good thing I brought large baggies. All in all we would stay here again. Liked that everyone had their space and private time. Thanks for having our family

There is a number to call for disturbances, and we did call. Not sure if anyone came, but a couple of hours later, things quieted down. The house accommodated all three families and the grandkids well, but it needs some much-needed repairs. Last year we had problems with the garage door that wouldn’t remain closed. This year we had to stay in several times to enable repairs on the dishwasher, the downstairs shower faucet, and the outside shower. . Overall, although the location of the house is ideal, we will not return to this house again.

Perfect beach home
It had everything our group of 6 needed to enjoy the beach day and night including a fire pit on the back patio. We had a fantastic time!

Wonderful Location
This is our third annual family vacation in San Diego and the first time that we stayed on the ocean side as opposed to the bayside. We all prefer the ocean side. The home is steps from the boardwalk, and the kids loved being able to go back and forth to grab a cold drink or a snack. We rode bikes wherever we needed to go. Ralph’s is only a few books away, so we often just biked there. It was great not having to worry about finding a place to park. The house was very accommodating for all of us. It was nice being able to lock up our bikes, boogie boards, and skateboards in the garage. Getting away during COVID-19 times was just what we needed. We wore masks whenever we left the house and remained socially distant around strangers. Spending time with family is a true blessing. We plan to schedule our 2021 family vacation here next year.
