Ils nous ont envoyé les codes pour entrer, vu qu’on arrivés tard .. le code de la porte d’entré ne marchait pas (heureusement que quelqu’un est arrivé après avec son badge et on a pu entrer). On était un couple et il avait un seul lit pour une personne.. des cheveux par terre, dégoûtant

I liked everything, a beautiful hotel, very clean, everything is cleaned and beautiful, friendly staff, convenient location, near the bus stop, everyone is advised

Never gave me info about passcodes before my stay , the reception was closed when i arrived

The location, if you don’t mind walking 20min to reach downtown, it a great location.

1. Scary building : A fire happened couple months before and the doors haven’t been changed, wood was torn out, traces of burn still not cleaned… 2. the room was incomplete : no tv, it was missing all the supplies for a 2nd person, linens, pillows, etc 3. the room was not functional : No hot water at the beginning, some lights were broken, if you open the sink in the kitchen, there’s water coming out in the bathroom… 4. the lobby closed at 1pm and if you want to call for non emergency services (like adding supplies for a 2nd person in the room whereas it should have been there) you’ll be charged an extra fee…

shop opposite the apartment. if the shop is closed, you can go to McDonald's, which is around the corner. There is a kitchen and refrigerator. clean bed-clothes.

The room is on the first floor and the windows overlook the courtyard, from which you can easily climb into the room, and the window also overlooks other windows. so I had to keep the window shuttered all the time, so I felt like I was in a bunker. No air conditioning, very hot, one fan can not cope. The girl at the reception very nicely gave me a second fan. If you do not immediately throw out the garbage, ants appear. away from everything. the price does not match the quality.

Flexibility. I asked for an early check-in and a late check-out and got both without any problems and full help cooperation from the staff :)
