Très bien

Très bel appartement Tout équipé, moderne et confortable. Calme et plage à proximité

Nous y sommes allés en septembre donc il n'y avait pas grand monde mais pour l'été, les extérieurs ne sont pas assez spacieux. C'est assez isolé et il n'y a aucune animation ou magasin autour

Clean and spacious apartments!

Clean and spacious apartments, close to the beach and walking distance to Mercadona :) very attentive hosts, they called me the day before to ensure that I got all the needed information for the check-in, I really appreciate that! We enjoyed the code-based check -in, very convenient!

Lack of cafes and restaurants nearby, but it's more a concern for the city itself, it's organized the way that there are almost zero cafes and restaurants at the sea side, and the overall opinion of the city is that it's not as cozy as cities nearby. it's just a personal opinion of course.

Excellent location, good amenities and very clean; just a shame we felt so cramped

Perfect location - very close to beach and tram into Alicante, supermarket 7 minutes walk. The little garden and its deckchairs were very nice and the bed very comfortable. The (small) pool was perfect for one swimmer: less so if any more people wanted to swim at the same time

The kitchen area was tiny and very cramped - much smaller than the Alidreams Lola Apartments in Alicante where we stayed last year - and no dishwasher. Also no bowls to eat out of and no tea-towel to dry the washed dishes; nor was there anywhere (inside) to hang towels to dry so they were permanently damp (cleaning ladies refused to replace them more than once every 3 days, despite the property being almost empty...): not very practical altogether

Gorgeous modern and elegant hideout for a romantic or family getaway

Incredibly neat and modern little holiday "park". We had an absolutely sublime sleeping experience. The modern sliding shutters provided additional darkness - heaven! We checked in on a Wednesday night and out on Saturday morning, so got to experience the mid-week stillness but it really didn't get any noisier over the weekend. Could not speak any higher of this place - exceeded every expectation! Walking distance to the Muchavista tram stop. Secure parking available for each unit.

The shower leaks but can be resolved by wedging a bath mat outside the door. The cleaning staff very kindly replaced our bath mat every day, even though this should only be done every 3rd day - a welcomed attention to detail.

Very nice place. Highly recommended.

Very clean and well appointed apartment. Key code entry system really useful, especially as we had an early departing flight, so no hassle checking out.

Location slightly away from many restaurants and bars, but the tram system is excellent and there is a stop just round the corner, so easy to get around.

Exceptional

All was perfect! The best of all is - we had our own place and space near by sea! Not a room, but a place! Perfect! Couldn't get any better! Simply great place to stay for a while - enjoying sunshine and beautiful beaches of Costa Blanc. The easiest way to check in and out. Communication with staff immediately by e-mail! Thank you ! You made our stay so enjoyable! When coming again to Alicante, will be looking for the same stay in holiday flats by Alidreams!

Nice comfy rooms and nice cleaning service everyday.

A bit far from restaurants at San Juan. The kitchen was small and no meal was served at the hotel. So that part was a bit tricky.

Quiet. Good swimming pool. Great beds.

Apartment too small. Strange having the toilet and shower inside the bedroom; weird idea really. Needs more shelves and stuff to hang up things and for storing.

Recommended, I would love to come back.

Perfect location for a beach holiday outside the tourist traps. Small and cosy accomodation with appreciated extras like common use chill out terrace and free washing machines. Decoration of the room is lovely, modern with some bohemian touches. We felt very safe, also at night walking to and from the tram stop.

The kitchenette is very small, the induction plate cannot hold two pans at the same time. We counted on being able to cook ourselves, but the options are very limited. Microwave oven is a big plus though.

we didn’t like that the property is like one room and inside the room is your bathroom and a toilet, very uncomfortable to be honest, listening when someone is in the toilet it was a bit disturbing
