Great breakfast, central location, and super comfortable/clean facilities. The four-bed dorms had huge drawers to keep luggage, charging spots right by the bed and soft mattresses. Would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Puerto Natales!

Staff is very knowledgeable and helped us make our local bus transportation and park entrance reservations. This information that was hard for us to find prior to arrival since we traveled here from out of the country!

We really enjoyed the staff at Factoria. They were incredibly helpful and fun to talk to. It was a nice place to stay before and after our Patagonia "W" trek.

This is a beautiful hostel. My friend and I stayed here for a few days and were even able to get it extended when we were unexpectedly delayed in our departure. The staff was incredibly helpful and acted immediately on any requests we had. Our second last day it rained a lot and our bedroom ended up having a leak from the chandelier so when we told the reception the staff immediately moved us to another room where we stayed the next two nights. They helped us move our bags and get set up so it was very easy. The restaurant on site is very good and the breakfast included was delicious as well, it had breads, ham, eggs, juices, coffee, tea, fruits, yogurt and some baked good that was different almost ever day (every time it was tasty). The beds were very comfortable and had accessible outlets for charging electronics. The bathroom in the private room was very nice but the shared bathroom was not as nice though still had enough space for sharing and was very clean. I would definitely recommend going here, it's beautiful, comfortable, clean, and has a great staff.

Great place to stay a night as I was transferring though Argentina to get a flight from PN. Modern and well thought out. Great staff. Recommend.

Excellent stay. We cancelled a reservation at another location to stay here. Couldn’t beat the value and facilities. More of a hotel than a hostel.
