We were looking for a rental that could accommodate our large family for a few day stay while we visited relatives for Christmas. This 4 bedroom home has been recently renovated and everything is nicely done and very clean. We love this area even in wintertime and enjoyed walks along Sesuit Harbor and Cold Storage Beach. It was a great way to relax after this hectic season! The owner Chris was very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this rental and we would be happy to stay at this location again.

The home was close to all the locations we planned to visit. The inside of the home is beautiful. The five of us easily spread out in the home and had a blast! Make sure you bring toilet paper and paper towels as they don’t supply. Overall a wonderful weekend in a beautiful home!

We rented this house for a wedding in East Dennis, so that close relatives and friends could stay nearby. Three couples stayed here and all six guests thought it was a wonderful property, well located, with plenty of parking, and with great gathering space both indoors and out. And clean! Some cape properties don't include linens and towels, but this one did, which is a big plus, and guests were able to leave used linens by the machine, making departure day easy! Thanks to a great host!

We had a great time staying at the house! Amazing neighborhood, private yard & had everything we needed. Plus, it was in the most convenient location to easily get to a bunch of restaurants, shops and the beach.

We had a great stay here and had everything that we needed for a family get together. The house offered plenty of room to spread out when needed as well as plenty of space for shared activities. We had everything we needed and would definitely recommend!

We rented this house for a family vacation. Everybody loved it. It is spacious, clean and in a perfect mid-cape location. The communication with Chris was flawless. I strongly recommend this property.

My four sisters and I rented this home for our annual Spring weekend on the Cape. The home was perfect for us. It was very clean, well equipped, comfortably furnished, and a great mid-Cape location. We will definitely return.

The home was very beautiful and spacious, more than enough for our group. all the basic necessities that we needed were provided for. The home is located in a prime spot very convenient to beaches, tourist spots, great restaurants and all types of shopping. If I am ever back in the area I would not hesitate to consider returning to this home!

This house was beautiful and plenty of room for the 6 of us and a 7th friend who joined us for a night. We struggled the first night trying to figure out how the oven worked but found the users manual downstairs and figured it out. The only issue we had the entire time was that the main TV in the living room would switch itself to HCMI 1 when the tv was turned off and after an exhaustive effort trying to figure out why we could not make the tv work and multiple texts to the owner who was unable to figure it out either, we discovered that if we manually pushed the buttons on the back of the TV that switched it over to HCMI II, thereby engaging the remote control and allowing us to use all of the TV's functions. we were able to watch tv as a family. The smaller tv's in the bedroom all function on a fire stick, so if you don't have a provider that you can sign on with, those tv's are virtually unsuable. We figured that out ourselves as there is no written explanation about how a fire stick works. The basement bedroom TV didn't function at all. The instructions for guests state that you are left with clean bedding that you put on yourself and you are asked to wash all your bedding and leave it on the beds for the next guests. The only issue we had with that is that the washing machine in this house is extremely slow. It takes over 90 min for one load of laundry. So trying to do laundry for multiple beds was stressful as we did not have enough time to get it all done. Perhaps the house needs a bigger or more time efficient washing machine if guests are to do all the bedding before they check out in the morning. Other than the minor issues with TV's in the house (we were gone quite a bit in the daytime so only needed it in eve), or the laundry, the house was fantastic. It was well supplied, clean, spacious, well decorated. Its in a beautiful neighborhood and felt very safe for a group of women to vacation in. The owner was responsive to our questions as best he could we think. Id recommend this property or stay there again if we came back to the cape.

The property was perfect - spacious family room and kitchen, well equipped kitchen. It was nicely renovated. When we had an issue with the fire pit, the landlord was extremely responsive. It was an ideal location for us as we were in Dennis for a family wedding. I would highly recommend this property.

We just had a family wedding and some of the family stayed here. It was clean, beautifully decorated and appointed. Very pretty neighborhood and close to bay beaches, Sesuit Harbor and some of our favorite Cape restaurants and shops. The owner was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Frankly, of the 3 homes we rented this was the absolute best value and most accurately described. I learned that some VRBO photos and descriptions are “flattering.” I recommend without hesitation.!

Clean comfortable and attractive updated home with ample parking spaces. This home is ideal for an extended family with adult children and grandchildren with a separate space for everyone. Three full bathrooms and 2 living areas provide flexibility for a large family. The owner also responds quickly to problems or questions.

This was our third year staying here and we had another great week. The house is conveniently located close to restaurants and beaches in a quiet neighborhood. Clean and has everything you need. Comfortable bedrooms. Great layout. Nice outdoor space. Great outdoor shower. Chris is very responsive. We love it here and can’t wait to come back next year!

My family and I stayed at the house in Dennis for two nights and three days and we had a wonderful time. You can't beat the proximity to the beaches, the bike path, and good food! The house was clean and spacious with great gathering spaces both inside and outside (inside was important to us in case of bad weather - though we ended up having beautiful sunny days!). We would absolutely stay again. Thank you for a wonderful time!

The property was equipped with all the necessities and more. It was a wonderful stay! I only wish that the linens were cleaner. I smelled perfume on some of the linens. Thank you!

This home is in a beautiful residential neighborhood. It is a short drive from a plaza with a grocery store and other convenience shops. The proximity to the beach is amazing. Only a five minute drive. Our group of 10 was very comfortable. There was enough space for us to spread out when we needed to and come together for dinner and games. The outside of the home is also nice. The deck is a good size with plenty of seating, but we were unable to use the fire pit. It was wet and there was no cover which was unfortunate. The host replied quickly to questions we had. It was disappointing that the gas tanks weren't filled for us, but there's a local shop nearby where we could do it ourselves. This house is nicely updated and we definitely plan to return when we can. Again, great location mid cape, short drive from everything!
