5 girlfriends stayed at Caravel and had a fabulous weekend celebrating my birthday. It was so peaceful, listening to the waves and private. There is plenty of space and living areas. The view from the bedrooms and lounge are superb.

Family getaway
We enjoyed a lovey weekend at Caravel with our children and grandchildren. The grandchildren in particular had a great time in the house.

We gathered with family and friends to celebrate a milestone birthday. The house and location were perfect. Clean, well equipped and set up. Nice spaces to break out, fun with table tennis which burnt off some energy. Easy walk to the beach for night time crab spotting and a swim in the morning. We also appreciated consideration for earlier check in and later check out which helped with being able to decorate the house before our special guest arrived, and the decamp at the end with the mix or adults and children we had. We were able to enjoy breakfast together, before the big pack up and tidy up.

The house was better than we expected, and was stocked with more than we could imagine. The close proximity was really great during the warmer weather. Would love to return!

We had a wonderful weekend away, all the amenities you could think of where available. It was very thoughtful to have all the little extras supplied. The open plan spaces were great and so close to the beach. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, we highly recommend and will certainly be back

There is a lovely cycle/walk path that runs right past the house. We were really surprised to feel like we were down south, but so close to Perth. Table tennis tournaments were fun and the kitchen was well equipped. Lovely winter getaway.

Fantastic Location
We had a lovely stay for my 40th birthday. Sunsets on the beach which is easily accessible from the house. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. All the rooms are spacious and the view from the master bedroom is breathtaking. Really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

Another wonderful stay
Our extended family returned to this lovely property for another wonderful stay. The home is extremely clean and well stocked with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The beds are comfortable and the upstairs air-conditioning is great to have. Being right on the waters edge allowed us to have several dips in the ocean every day and enjoy the glorious sunsets each evening. Only a few minutes drive to town was very convenient for grocery shopping and coffee dates. We look forward to staying again in the future. Thank you.

Very good stay all round
Good location close to the beach, excellent views. In a cul-de-sac, so no traffic. Close to shops. Everything in the house was in good working order. Ample crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, towels air con (heating in our case), parking, dining areas, kitchen space, garbage bins, etc. Nice large TV and free WIFI.

Simply beautiful clean and amazing views
Nice home, and a very hospitable host and what an amazing location. If i could give it 7 stars i would. Thats not only me, thats the 3 other families we shared accommodation with. House is spacious loved decore and matched the scenery outside . Lots of entertainment for the kids. This will be our go to place for sure.

Wonderful family getaway
Thank you Miguel for facilitating such a wonderful stay. My extended family and I were very comfortable in your well appointed home. On arrival my daughters were very excited to see the 'Help yourself' sign in the herb planter boxes, we enjoyed some lovely sweet cherry tomatoes and herbs for our salads. The house was very clean and secure in a fabulous location. We enjoyed being able to quickly pop down to the beach for early morning and evening sunset swims. The table tennis was a great hit with young and old and we had some fun family competitions. The younger children were thrilled to have a box of new toys and books to read and the decorated Christmas tree was a lovely surprise. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable with lovely linen and and pillows. Thank you for being such a generous host.

Perfect weekend!
Caravel Beach House was all that we hoped for, and more! The property is amazing, beds comfortable and everything you think you will need is already there. Although we went as a group of female adults we could see any type of gathering was catered for, with lots of child friendly things available. The view was amazing!
Miguel is an awesome host, nothing was too big of a problem and any queries were promptly replied to. I would highly recommend this property! The house, although on a battle axe block is quiet and private, and is located close to many eating places if you don’t want to cook, but delivery is also available from many venues!!
