The home is beautiful with a lot of space. The host / manager communicates well and promptly. We have not done a reunion like this in a while and the spot was great for it - easily accessible from Atlanta, we’d stay again!

The views of the lake were as advertised. We had 13 people in our group. There were bedrooms for everyone and plenty of bathrooms available. The lower level was a great recreational level. The main level of the home was a fantastic gathering place for meals or games. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This house was AMAZING! It is better in real life than the pictures actually depict. The host are were available throughout for questions. We had 6 families staying here, and everyone slept comfortably. They had toys and board games for kids of all ages. The sunrise and sunset views were amazing. Great place to stay, hope to stay here again.

Great house for large family get together. The layout was great having 2 kitchen areas and 2 living areas as we had 4 generations in the house. The view was amazing! The owner was very responsive and I would definitely recommend the house to others.

Beautiful home on Lake Lanier. Our middle son was married near by in Buford, so we rented several houses for family and friends for the weekend. We had an amazing weekend and would definitely recommend this home to anyone.

There were a total of 15 ladies that combined our Girls Trip Reunion for 2023. Our age ranged from 26-36 & 65-70. We have done this "Girls Trip" for several years...But ! This time was the best ! This beautiful Home and Location in Buford made this an awesome trip. Every picture you see is what you can expect. We felt so at home, away from home. The view from the back deck, is to die for. We couldn't stop staring out the doors or windows... We already want to start booking for our next trip... The location of the home, is in range of shopping and eating....
To end my review... I must tell you how wonderful the Property Manager was. J. Smith - was Awesome, from the beginning of me booking this home. He stayed in touch through-out our stay. He made it very easy to contact him as well. All 15 of us can't stop bragging on Everything we experienced.

The lake house served as a base of operations for celebrating my mothers 82nd birthday. She enjoyed watching the water activities from the first floor rear patio. Ample beds, baths, and amenities. Wonderful views of the lake, especially at sunrise. Owner was very responsive to all inquiries and maintenance requests. Great time had by all.

This was our 5th annual cousin's weekend and our favorite ever because of this amazing house. The view is spectacular. The house has everything you could want. We were worried about not having a pool, but the kids had a blast jumping off the dock and swimming around. We also rented boats for the weekend to explore the lake. It was perfect.

This house was spectacular. So much space and room for family and friends to be together but also get personal space. The dock was relaxing as well as some of the best views of Lake Lanier. J smith and family were easy to work with, welcoming, communicative, friendly - all the things. I’d rent this place again for the house but also because of the hosts!!

J Smith Family Lake House is the perfect place for a large gathering. 20+ years of lake vacationing with a group of 15-20 adults and kids and this is the in the all time top 3. This property provided our extended family members the perfect setting to gather, relax and reconnect. Proximity to ATL made logistics a breeze as we had convened from all points of the U.S. The layout and floor plan works well for multiple families to spread out. The lake views from the deck and house are spectacular and serene. Our favorite location to gather was on the floating dock at waters edge and on the large back deck. We hope to stay here again for another family reunion. Thank you Smith family for sharing your home.

The home and property was spacious, beautiful, peaceful, clean, and had everything you would need or expect to need. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels, and extras. Great communication with host, friendly, kind, and proactive. We will stay here again when in the area. There are great local restaurants very close. Overall a really great trip and experience!

I can't tell you how much we enjoyed our stay at the lake house. The views were incredible, and the accommodations were phenomenal. J, the host, was a real pleasure to work with, and did a great job of getting us in and out, as well as addressing any concerns. All that, combined with the price point, makes this the perfect stay.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house on the lake. Seventeen of us were there to celebrate our fathers’s 80th birthday. The house was perfect for big family dinners, nightly pool games, relaxing hot tub dips and fishing in the lake.
J.Smith was fantastic at communicating with us prior and during our stay. He was super easy to work with.
The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas with a 16’ tree in the foyer and a full beautiful tree in the family room. With the wood fire going and the tree lit up, it made for a cozy gathering spot.

Myself and 6 coworkers stayed in the home while attending a work conference. It was perfect in every possible way. The team aspect of being together as a group for social time in the evening was invaluable. This house is perfect for families or groups. No complaints or issues at all. We will be rebooking in the future.

My husband and I brought all of our adult kids and their families to the rental property for Thanksgiving. The house was large enough that each family had their own space. The kitchen was huge and we all cooked together. The children loved the lake and spent hours outside exploring. Beautiful spot on Lake Lanier. The owner was responsive aand did everything to make our stay comfortable and fun. We had a great time!

From the beginning process to the check out was very smooth and easy!! Jay was very prompt with responding to any questions I had and made everything very accommodating for our Ladies Retreat!! The home was perfect and had everything we needed and more!! The access to the lake was perfect and beautiful!! All the ladies loved the spacious room we had and the huge kitchen table was perfect for all our meals and the craft time that we had!!

This VRBO experience was off the charts! The house was just perfect for celebrating Mom’s 80th surprise birthday weekend! The huge kitchen/ family room area on the main floor easily accommodated all 24 of us . The deck was great for my elderly father who could not get down to the dock but could still see all the activity. There is a second full kitchen in basement. The hot tub was great. The house was super clean and beds very comfortable. J was an outstanding host who went above and beyond! I would highly recommend this property! Our family will definitely be returning!
