We enjoyed our time at Pine Breeze Lodge! Highlights were the hot tub, shuffleboard, and the large bedrooms with bunk beds. The kids loved playing in the snow, relaxing on the couches for movies, and doing crafts at the beautiful large table. Adults appreciated the grill, washer and dryer, well equipped kitchen and proximity to Lake Wenatchee.

We took my 80 year old mom and she just loved it. This is a wonderful cabin in the woods and we were lucky to have this experience. Thank you!

The water might be safe but it is really unpleasant. Guests we think should bring any water they intend to consume. The sulfur odor emanated from every hot water faucet but in the shower it was particularly bad. We saw that this has been noted in other reviews as well, but we simply were not prepared for how strong it was. If the owners could deal with the sulfur issue, our review would have been five star.

Stayed here for a wedding at Brown Family Homestead. Location could not have been better. Cabin was large, functional, and clean. Loved the larger kitchen/living area. Nice, big bathrooms. Plenty of space, plenty of towels, comfortable beds! The property is shaded and peaceful. The deck and everything on it could really use a deep cleaning (chairs, table, and hot tub included). Also wish there had been a dishwasher. Overall, a great stay though!

The open space concept downstairs worked really nice! Tons of sleeping space upstairs. Quiet neighborhood. I would have rated this a 5/5 but felt like the whole place needed a good spring cleaning!

Large, spacious, and very private in the woods. Very close to lake Wenatchee. Has everything you need and very comfortable. Hot tub was wonderful. I liked that it was close to Leavenworth shopping but far enough away for some privacy.

This house was an amazing stay for our group of friends! Plenty of space, huge hot tub, and we loved the open floor plan of the first floor. The only negative thing is there was no way to use the DVD player, we messaged that in the first night and never received an answer.

Great place plenty of room very quiet
The vaulted ceilings and large open floor plan on the ground floor, plenty of room for a full house, kid friendly. Downside no shower curtain downstairs bathroom and a few lightbulbs were out and had to fill propane tank myself but will be reimbursed by Vacasa.

So close to perfect!
This is a lovely home with plenty of space. It’s comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook a nice meal. It includes a coffee pot and basic spices. It felt safe and comfortable for our family despite the craziness outside the house. We took lots of casual walks with the toddlers, and enjoyed exploring the yard around the house. There were plenty of towels, and that is rarely the case in a rental. The deck is great, and the kids in our group spent a lot of time playing. We used the bbq multiple times, so it is always a nice feature on a rental. The location is outstanding, and we spent most mornings at the beach until it felt too crowded.
The home is getting 4 rather than 5 stars for the following reasons:
- it didn’t seem as clean as we expected. There were countless bits of shiny confetti throughout the house.
- the sheets on all the beds feel like you’re staying in a cheap motel. They are rough. The pillow quality is low.
- The house is hot, and it doesn’t cool down until late in the evening. A few more fans could help.
- The dryer wasn’t working.
- The Hot tub was scuzzy. We called in to have it serviced, and they were great and quick to respond.
- The windows were dirty to the point of being gross.
The home is getting 4 rather than 5 stars for the following reasons:

Cozy cabin
The cabin is very cozy, enough space for 12 people. Not far from lake Wenatchee. In cabin you can find what you need. Easy check in and check out. Highly recommended for big family.

We will be back!
I stayed here after a suggestion from my brother. This cabin is roomy, comfortable & a great place to enjoy the mountains. The walk in shower was a wonderful feature as well as the full kitchen/BBQ. It is a perfect place to relax; we loved the peace & quiet while listening to the birds on the deck. We definitely will be back!

Great getaway in a perfect location
I have the opportunity to stay here at the recommendation of my brother. It’s right outside the fun city of Leavenworth and only a short drive from the pass. It was very comfortable, had plenty of amenities, and even had a hot tub! Will definitely return in the future.
