The room is a clean and cozy stylish studio. The room has 2 double size bed, 1 single size sofa bed, 1 single size futon, so perfect for up to 6 persons stay. The room comes with free pocket Wi-Fi (No Limit) so you can carry it with you to access internet wherever you go during your trip. In 1min walk : Convenience Store In 3 mins walk : Don Quixote(A discount shop where you can find almost anything!) Good location 10 min walk to Shinjuku station. Lots of food choices around. One bedroom and bath is tight but anywhere you stay at is, in the city. Instructions to get to the place were very clear and step by step with pictures Beds are comfy and couch fits taller individual (6' fits)

The property is located in a great area, very close to many subway lines as well as the main station. Close to lots of great restaurants and the cool narrow streets lined with bars of Shinjuku. The property is simple and provides all you need for a stay in Tokyo. It is small, but if you plan to spend most of your time exploring (which we did) it will be good. The property owner was very quick to reply and helpful with an enquires. If you are looking for a clean and easy, functional, but not fancy this place is great. The location can’t be beat!

Our trip was amazing. Apartment centrally located and easy walking distance to everything in Shinjuku; rail, shops, and sites. The apartment was large by Tokyo standards and well appointed. Our host Mami, exceptional, very helpful and accommodating.Highly recommend. Thank you Mani.

Location is quite good, near the shopping belt & a stroll to Shinjuku main station. The house is small but cozy, but the neighborhood is a bit noisy, so expect to hear people laughing & talking in the middle of night. Wifi is bad, but Mami was so nice to provide us another one which is a lot better. Overall is very good for stay near Shinjuku.

Mami had put in a lot of effort to decorate the apartment. It was cosy and very comfortable. She is very thoughtful, there was snack, condiments, coffee and tea and many other items that makes our stay convenience. Will definately looked for her if I return to Tokyo.
