Unusually heavy thunderstorm and rain caused power failure and some water ingress. Notified host.

I've stayed here before so I knew what to expect.
This isn't a Holiday Inn, Sheraton or the like so by those standards it's modest and maybe basic for some, but it's for it's originality that I like it, and (no disrespect) it's Argentina not Las Vegas.
What is exceptional is the staff, or as the locals call it the "atención'. Last year it was Mattias, this time it was the ever cheerful, top chap, Agustin.
I was collected from AEP and the following day dropped off at Eze. I read a review here which was somewhat negative about the transfers but I've only good things to say, and I have lived in Argentina for 7 years so I know the score.
Like I said, I stayed before, and guess what? I'll be staying again.

A huge thank you to Agustin for looking after me - from collecting me from the airport, breakfast and then a transfer downtown. And it was a quiet area so great night sleep.

Agustín was very attentive to our needs.
The property is not 10 minutes away from the airport as stated. It was a 30 minute drive each way. The transfer from airport to property and vice versa only accommodates 2 people; therefore, if you’re more than 2 people you’ll get charged for each ride. The food left a lot to be desired and was not worth what we were charged for veggie meals. They did not provide meat, as it is not a true restaurant. They will cook up a quick meal.

labelled as an airport shuttle however they charge the equivalent of 25 US dollars for a one way taxi to the airport which took 14 minutes by the owner when an Uber in Argentina is normally 1/4 of the price. this obviously all has to be paid in cash which leads to either you going to an atm or carrying horrendous amounts of cash around with you.

Location was OK, bed comfortable
water dripping in a pipe above head all night, bathroom not en suite, dripping taps band shower Not good, breakfast was not up to standard,

close to airport, very quiet but very isolated.
no choice to eat elsewhere.
extra services such as airport transfer and diner are quiet expensive.
we paid 90 USD for a simple diner for 2 people (chicken and potatoes) 3 cans of soda, 2 chips and airport transfer. Price for room was 80 USD

it was very near to the airport
the part of “the shuttle” is not that clear, it seems that it it included but it is not, and the guy offers transportation bust is more expensive than take a taxi but you realized until he give the check out and you can not pay with credit card

Not a problem for me but the location might be a bit out of the way for some.

Good place to stay be between flight. My teenage son travel from Europe to Bariloche and spend the night in this wonderful nouse. Mario ( owner of house ) did the transfer from and to airport. House is clear, in silent place. Breakfast is good.
I recommend it to stay, if you want to rest between the flights.

host was incredibly friendly! wish this was our first stop vs our last day when coming to Argentina for two months.
first time sharing a space and our luck we were the only ones so far (we needed a place for about 8 hours before our flight) but if more people would have shown up earlier the location and site was perfect. two bathrooms and the bedding were new and extremely clean.
the showers, but we didn’t use them so not a big deal.

Missed my Connection flight and the owner picked me Up at the Airport and brought me in to a paradise, Very nice, Natural and comfortable place With a Very, Very nice owner. He helps you with everyrhing. You also have a fridge With Beer, Cola, Sprite etc. And Snacks, you can Just Take Them and pay at Check Out.
Very nice Vibe there, i Had a Very nice stay and i will come Back even when my next flight is Not to Late!
The Lunch was also awesome i Had a real good time there.

The room is nice, clean, the bed is comfortable and the owner is really friendly.
He picked me up at the airport and left me in the morning there, it is only 15 minutes away from there. Excellent place to spend the night if you have a flight. Unfortunately, I could not spend more time there but the outside looked lovely. It has a swimming pool and a very nice and green garden.
I guess the fact that there are no shops, or any services around and you are fully dependent on the owner to drive you if you don’t have a car.

The place has a lot of charme, heart and a soul! It is situated in very green surroundings and has a nice little garden. Perfect to chill a little before leaving for a longer flight/or business trip. Martín is a very nice and helpful person, no complaints at all!

Charged my credit card twice the money for two rooms. Gave him most of the money in cash and the rest was suppose to be charged on my credit card. He took the cash and charged me full price for both rooms.

Selfmade food. Very nice sauces. Friendly owners and helpful. Small shop at entrance of district.
Millions of mosquitos (Dengue fever region), but worst thing was that we had to pay 80% more than booking.com showed. We had to pay dollar blue course although we paid in Pesos. Owner also charged extra fees. Why and where is that posted??? And, we had to pay another 50% more for one baby and one child although website doesnt show extra charge for two children. We (4 persons) slept all in two beds. We got no extra bed or something like that, which would have justified another 50% more. Disappointed.

Matías is very friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautiful with outdoor lounge and indoor sitting area. Good wifi. Would definitely return.
