Hotelito boutique con impresionantes vistas al rio donde estás como en casa (la verdad, estás mejor)

Excelente alojamiento, Situado en ribeira pero a 10-15 minutos de todo lo visitable. La ubicación enfrente del Duero es maravillosa. Las habitaciones con vistas al rio tienes unos ventanales fantásticos (menudo lujo acostarse y levantarse viendo el rio). Habitaciones algo pequeñas pero muy cómodas. La atención del personal es INSUPERABLE, te hacen sentir príncipes por un día, Gracias Luis, Ariel, Coni (a Luis habría que adoptarlo). El desayuno ... de fantasía, variado y si tienes algún capricho ... lo pides que harán todo lo posible para satisfacerte. (que dura se hace la vuelta a casa después de esto :)) Los fotos de booking no hacen justicia al alojamiento. Deberían hacer una foto desde la ribera de Gaia hacia la ribeira de porto y señalar con una flecha la situación del hotel.

Por que siempre se puede mejorar: las habitaciones algo pequeñas Mejorable la iluminación de la habitación, sobre todo de cara a la lectura

Dois dias felizes numa cidade histórica e romântica.

Localização excelente, no centro da Ribeira do Porto, mas o alojamento é super sossegado. Os funcionários foram gentis e muito prestáveis. Recomendo, sem duvida.

Fabuloso

El personal super atento, amable,nunca estuve en un hotel con tanta atención por parte del personal como éste (muchas gracias a Luis,Coni y Luisa,sois geniales),la ubicación y la comodidad de la cama.

Kiva pikkuhotelli

Kiva ja rauhallinen pikkuhotelli. Erinomainen sijainti pienellä kujalla aivan Dourojoen vieressä. Todella mukava ja avulias henkilökunta. Aamiainen oli hyvä ja hedelmistä tehdyt taideteokset olivat mieluisa lisä perustarjontaan .

Ei mitään negatiivista sanottavaa.

Porto was magical - but the hotel made is even better

The location is outstanding - the view from the room overlooking the river was amazing- and even though we were in the middle of loads of bars and restaurants, it was very quiet at night - but the main reason this place was so incredible , was the staff - so helpful- so thoughtful- and so very friendly - nothing was too much trouble- Luis in particular was outstanding- but everyone we met over the five days there was amazing-

The mattress was too soft - but literally that was the only (slight) issue

Todo espectacular .....difícil escoger que fue lo mejor, pues es que todo fue magnífico. Sí vale la pena resaltar la excelente atención de los anfitriones .....Luis y Coni y Luisa son simplemente insuperables.... .....creo que es, de todos los sitios en donde me he hospedado, el que tiene la mejor calidad de atención humana. El desayuno perfecto Recomendado 100000%%%

No hay nada que se pueda decir aquí.... .....no tienen ninguna debilidad ni falencia

Espetacular Guest House

Um atendimento espetacular. O quarto muito limpo e confortável. O ambiente do hotel é muito confortável e aconchegante. O pequeno almoço é maravilhoso, 5 estrelas. O staff é simpático, atencioso sempre preocupado com o bem estar do cliente. 5 estrelas. A localização é magnífica.

Não gostei de ter ficado só 1 noite, deveriam ter sido muitas mais. Mas quando voltar ao Porto, vão ser mais de certeza absoluta.

Amazing Guest House - 10 stars 🌟

Absolutely superb stay. What truly incredible guest house with amazing staff. Excellent location right by the river. Warm, friendly and helpful staff who went over and beyond to make my stay so wonderful. Such a homely feel to this place, cosy bedrooms, spotlessly clean with the most amazing breakfast served by staff every morning. I have to mention wonderful owners Huga and Luisa and also Luis and Conie - staff who were just amazing too. Excellent value for money.

Hele behulpzame mensen die er werken. Ze vragen elke dag of ze wat voor je kunnen doen ergens mee kunnen helpen. Oprechte interesse in wat we gingen doen en hielpen waar nodig.

Óptima localização, simpatia e hospitalidade aliadas a um saboroso pequeno almoço! Obrigada, GHD!

O pequeno almoço (com muita fruta e variedades de queijos e enchidos. A sala é simpatica a mesa com a comida é apresentada de forma bonita e harmonioso) e a localização (mesmo junto à Ribeira!) são espectaculares! A simpatia dos recepcionistas, especialmente do Luís, são de salientar. Foi muito atencioso e simpático connosco.

Um pequeno detalhe de água a correr na parede do quarto onde ficámos e que sugiro amigavelmente que tentem reparar. Não percebi se a água vinha do ar condicionado ou de algum quarto em cima. Fora isto, nada a apontar. Adorei a Guest house Douro!

Love this place.

Check in was great, breakfast with fresh fruits, perfection location to attractions, room was very cosy. All in all, its a great place and also recommended by Rick Steve. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will stay again for longer duration.

Full of charm and ideally situated

Ideally situated facing the Douro inside the historical center of the city, this exclusive b&b is full of charm. I particularly appreciated the smooth checkin despite my late reservation. I was brought to my room at the top of the building with a personal touch which made me feel at home immediately. The morning was no less pleasant with personal attention that is obviously the signature of this charming hotel.

WONDERFUL!!!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Guest House Douro. The staff are all incredible and the location is perfect…right on the water. The rooms are small, but very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. We cannot recommend this place highly enough. If it’s available, you should book it.

The staff is wonderful. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and happy. The breakfast was amazing. We enjoyed the food, coffee and conversation with Luis ( I believe that was his name) The room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable.

Exceptional

Location and staff were excellent! Breakfast was jaw dropping continental. Local music and food right outside and a beautiful view of the Douro. Fairly short walk across the bridge on lower level. Upper level is a climb. Close to most attractions. All staff were friendly and so willing to help. Room was small, but comfortable and had a balcony over the river. Cold A/C. A magical place & would recommend! Go see the 3 Beatles street singers across the bridge in the evening and have a glass of Cava watching the sun set .

Front Door is locked, but just ask & they will give you a key.

Wonderful place for a stay in central Porto.

Directly @ river Douro and the famous bridge Luis I. Small house with small but sufficient rooms. Newly built in an historic building. Perfect service provided by the staff including restaurant recommendations and where should I go to get the perfect Porto experience. Wonderful breakfast, small bottles of water available for free if you ask for.

lovely view from room which is small in size

location is excellent, views if you get a terrace (small) is great as you can open doors lie on bed and relax and enjoy when having a siesta. staff most helpful and very friendly. clean bathroom and bedroom

bedroom so small once you have your case in it there’s very little space to move. I have done a lot of hotels as we travel extensively but this has to be the smallest room we have ever experienced . you paying for the view. noise level high so bring your ear plugs if you want to sleep.Bed small double you can feel every move your partner makes. breakfast was continental if you want to have eggs you need to request this the day before. Was an expensive stay for what you got.

Great river view and location

We wanted to be right on the river, so boy did this deliver. The view from our tiny balcony was outstanding. The front desk gave us several dinner suggestions and they were excellent. They were very helpful with everything. The breakfast is not your typical one. It had the usual bread, ham and cheese,, however the fruit was amazing and there was a lot of it. Good coffee and fresh juice as well.

The room is a bit small, but the view and location more than made up for it.
