Located in Mesa, this charming house for $174 per night is a great choice for your next break. This community provides the ultimate outdoor experience with great walking paths, hiking, and golf. Highway access is very easy allowing guests to be on the freeway quickly and off to their destination. Free WiFi and Wireless internet Direct TV streaming app on Roku is also provided for your use This dazzling home features an ultra modern Harley Davidson theme throughout. The large and spacious floor plan sleeps a total of 12 guests and provides comfortable areas for relaxing and dining. The living room is combination of open two-story room and a cozy offset with furnishings and décor that invite friendly gatherings and lively conversations. Generous stadium-style seating in the open area guarantees everyone has the best seat in the house for popular TV shows and sports games. For those who prefer a different show or desire a peaceful moment, the upstairs loft with attractive furnishings and large screen TV is an ideal escape. The sizable kitchen accommodates multiple chefs and is well stocked, making food preparation easy and fun. The Island and substantial counter space are perfect for party foods, snack trays and mixing drinks. Dining room provides additional seating for bigger crowds or more formal meals. Large and plentiful windows in each room add to house's bright and cheerful ambiance and offer glimpses of the spectacular desert and mountain scenery. There is also a propane grill in backyard for outdoor cookouts and gatherings. Sleeping arrangement for up to 12 guests: Master Bedroom 1: King Bedroom 2: Queen Bedroom 3: Queen Bedroom 4: Queen (Only downstairs bedroom) Open Loft: full size sofa sleeper bed in loft Also, one queen air mattress Sleeping arrangements offer privacy and elegant accommodations for couples or larger family. First floor Bedroom has queen bed, smart TV, along with a bathroom across the hall with small vanity and shower only. Master suite upstairs has king bed, smart TV, and full bath with trendy garden tub for total relaxation and tranquility. Upper level also has Jack and Jill style bathroom shared by two bedrooms. Both upstairs bedrooms have comfortable queen beds with smart TVs. Bedrooms are appealing and provide generous storage space for personal attire and gear. Open loft area has a pull out full size bed and smart TV. Large covered patio overlooking tastefully landscaped yard offers an outdoor escape and meals cooked on the grill. Take a short walk to arrive at community pools (one is heated), spas, tennis courts, soccer and baseball fields and walking trails. Neighborhood is close to restaurants and shopping, as well as a variety of cultural and educational activities. Nearby freeways ensure quick and easy connections to the many exciting attractions in and around the Valley such as 5 star River view Park, Tempe Town Lake, Gilbert and Scottsdale. Parking: Garage space for 2 cars. 3 spaces on the driveway. With so much to see and do in sun-kissed Arizona, this unique home is the perfect get-away for large families or couples who desire comfortable and convenient lodging at its best. In an effort to be good neighbors, we want to keep the noise and traffic to a minimum. We have additional rules below. We do make exceptions to these rules on a case by case basis. Quiet Hours are 10pm - 7am (no one is allowed outside front or back during this time) Groups of all adults under 50 years old MAY not be accepted. Travelers without reviews MAY not be accepted. Primary guests under 40 years old MAY not be accepted. Bookings less than 7 days in advance MAY not be accepted. Guests booking under someone else's account MAY not be accepted. Guests paying with someone else's card MAY not be accepted. No street parking at all times. The 3 car driveway and 2 car garage are available for your use! There is a limit of 8 people (adults and children combined) allowed at the community pool. No events allowed like birthday parties, wedding dinners, reunions etc. Mid stay cleanings are required on all reservations over 15 days in order to lessen the volume of cleaning required at check out. Additional visitors are limited. Guests staying and visitors cannot exceed 8 adults at any time.

The stay was overall excellent. There were very minor issues. My overall reasoning for giving a 5 star overall rating was the stay was of exceptional value with plenty of space and bedrooms for our family. The willingness and ability to allow for an earlier check-in was greatly appreciated. The property manager was very responsive and provided excellent customer service.
The minor issues include the following:
- The floors by the dining room table were dirty
- A light bulb high up in the living room needs replacement
- We replaced batteries in one of the TV remotes
- We replaced batteries to the thermostat to allow heating to the house.
I would highly recommend this properties to others. Fixing the cleaning and maintenance issues will go a long way to receiving a high ratings in the future

We were in Mesa for our son’s wedding during one of the hottest summers on record in Mesa. The upstairs AC unit was not working when we arrived, but as soon as I notified the property manager, they sent a maintenance person over, and the rest of the stay was great. We really appreciated the speed of their response. Our family of 7 fit very comfortably in this home full of character and charm.

Property says 5 bedrooms but its actually 4 bedrooms and one large open space, i guess that open space is termed a bedroom in Arizona. Other than that property is in a gated area, safe, quiet and not far from shops. Will definitely recommend and rent again in the future.

Spme cleanliness issues with eating utensils and foud old food inder the couch. Back door had a opening issue due to knob sticking. No directions to the pool onsite. Otherwise this home is still a 5 star location

This house was beautifully decorated but is not child friendly. It was not an issue since we had another house for our activities and mainly used this one as a place to sleep. It felt as if the management were doing us a favor letting us stay there. It's not a place to call "Home Sweet Home". The houses in the neighborhood are beautiful but very close together.

The house is much bigger than it appears online. We had more than enough room for 12 family members. The kitchen had all the dishware/pots/pans we needed. It was also great to find plastic cups, plates, bowls for the kids!

We rented this home when 2 sister’s families decided to meet in Phoenix near their parent’s retirement home. The accommodations were lovely and beyond expectations. When traveling to Phoenix, I will definitely to stay hear again.

We never had to make a difficult decision of how to accommodate the 2 families. The amenities in the area are some of the best I’ve seen and completely enjoyable. We went each night for a swim in the very large hot tub, played tennis or
Basketball each morning and went for walks in the quiet, private neighborhood each night, and played some soccer on the turf in the back yard. We watched a movie through the HDMI cable on the very large TV. There were several TV’s in the house. I cannot say enough positive things about the home. Our Arizona reunion was surely enhanced by this gathering place

We rented the Harley House for 4 nights and it was perfect for our family stay. Everyone loved all the Harley memorabilia and had fun looking at all the different things. The rental was exactly as advertised with plenty of room for 6 adults and 5 children. I would totally rent this property again. It was a great place for our stay in Mesa!
