This freestanding cottage was once the site of dripping paint and heavy brush strokes. Abstract expressionists Jackson Pollock and Franz Klein covered their canvases in this West End painting studio, now a two-bedroom with soaring ceilings, for an open concept vacation. Part of Old Provincetown, this cottage was renovated in 2014-located in the beautiful West End, just off Commercial Street. 2 bedrooms (one king, one queen) with en suite baths, plus an inviting all-new open concept living/dining/kitchen area with painted hardwood floors, plentiful seating, and dining table with a 1/2 bath. A fully equipped kitchen features a professional range, stainless steel fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and more. A/C, Wifi, SMART TV, laundry room, gas grill, small sitting deck, and parking for 2 cars in a private driveway make this a great vacation getaway. Enjoy the quiet of the West End, with the excitement of Commercial Street just a 5-minute walk away. WE DO NOT ADVERTISE ON CRAIGSLIST. NEVER WIRE MONEY TO ANYONE!

Beautiful home and well decorated. There is an attractive exposed ceiling but this means sound travels between rooms, something to keep in mind. We were ok with it.

We had a wonderful week at the Kline Cottage. Spacious yet warm and completely updated while keeping all the charm. Very well equipped. We enjoyed the quiet and beautiful neighborhoods nearby and being close by to all the restaurants, shops and galleries on Commercial Street. Communications with Paul were A+.

We enjoyed our stay at the Kline house and enjoyed learning about the history. The house is very unique and it felt great being there with our family. The outside area, 2 parking spots and location were nice bonus features. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Had a fabulous stay at Kline cottage, a perfectly located and beautiful property. Given the 3/4 walls I wouldn't recommend sharing with guests for long periods unless you are REALLY close it's like sharing a loft together. Paul is super nice and very responsive. Sad we had to leave!

Perfect location. Well appointed. Clean. Excellent communication with owners. We felt cared for and pampered! My husband and I went with our teen daughter and it was the perfect spot. The only thing to note is that the open ceilings between rooms does allow noise to travel. So if your teen stays up LATE singing, watching YouTube, doom-scrolling, etc you will hear it.
We cannot wait to return next summer for another super special PTown visit!

We had an amazing 3 week stay. Paul was easily accessible for any issues that came up, location on the west end made getting into town and to Herring Cove so easy, the space has a beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. We miss it already!

Well appointed kitchen and laundry. Amazing shower, great water pressure. Comfortable furniture and beds. Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood.
Lovely, peaceful outdoor seating.
The host was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had.

We absolutely enjoyed staying at the Kline house for our week in Ptown. Paul was a great host. Very responsive and accommodating. The house had a great open and stylish atmosphere. The private outdoor space was great as well. Location can’t be beat. Thanks for everything.

The cottage was perfect for us to escape to for a week. Perfect location in the West End, walkable to Commercial Street but off the beaten path and quiet. The place was well-apportioned, clean, and well-maintained. My husband, two teenagers, and I enjoyed our stay and hope to rent this cottage again.

The Kline Cottage is the perfect spot in P'Town. The location is walking-distance to everything. At the same time, the Cottage offers peace, quiet and tranquility. Decor is impeccable! Paul and Nick are ideal hosts, making you feel at home instantly. We can't wait to return!

We had a wonderful stay at the Kline House. The house is fully equipped and artfully decorated. The cottage is very eclectic and there was plenty of room for us to spread out! House is in great location and it was easy walking in and out of the Commercial St. area. Paul the owner was responsive and very nice to work with. This is definitely on our return list!!

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. We have rented other rentals in P-town and although they typically were very nice, this property, the Kline, was a bit higher in standards. We were a block from commercial but had a very short walk to our peaceful retreat. There is also a private outdoor area that gave us the space to truly enjoy our stay and decide when we wanted seclusion while still being able to choose when we wanted to take in the wonderfully vibrant life of P-town. Some locations don’t offer you the peace and quiet as The Kline does. You can make it what you want. Loved our stay and Paul was amazing to work with. Highly recommend.

Kline Cottage was the perfect get away in Provincetown. It was modern yet traditional, well appointed and perfect to entertain friends that were also visiting Provincetown. The location was perfect because we like a quieter neighborhood to yet still be close to all the action. And Paul our host was quick to respond to any questions and needs. Highly recommend the Kline cottage for anyone who wants a quiet escape in a very welcoming and relaxing home.
