Awesome experience. The apartment is located in a "normal living area", meaning its a normal flat. Fully equipped, cofe machine, oven, fridge etc. Excellent WiFi connection, and the balcony and the view is amazing. Not to forget: there is a garage box included in the apartment, you dont need to park the car outside (very valuable) Also the host was super friendly, easy going for handing over keys and returning key.
