convenient stay & good value for money

Location was great, lots of restaurants, coffee shops around, also near SAS supermarket(which has money exchange). Hotel was about 15mins walk to Republic square & Cascade complex, very convenient location. Room was spotless clean, & size was very spacious, like theres an empty space in the corner, would be great if they added another chair. Our room was in the ground floor near the reception area, thankfully on the 1st night it was so peaceful. Bed was king size,comfy, blankets were 2 double size, so each of you have your own blanket instead of one,which was fine. They have a safe inside the cabinet. Bathroom was complete with all amenities. Hot shower water pressure was good. The receptionists were very helpful & fast in researching for us tours. They allow to leave luggage's after check out. Thank you so much for the hospitality.

The room heater was weak, although it was On and we had adjusted it to max and the AC was off the whole time, still the room felt very cold, same in the bathroom. Given our room was near reception, expect there would be minimal sounds from reception/lobby area. Otherwise all was fine.

Bon emplacement dans le centre de Erevan, proche commerces et restaurants ,personnel agréable, chambre propre et spacieuse, grande salle de bain, réfrigérateur, climatisation coffre fort, bouilloire , parfait

Ma Chambre était située au niveau de l entrée et l accueil de l hôtel, chambre mal insonorisée principalement le soir

Perfect location, spacious room

The location was absolutely perfect. Walking distance from everything, and right in the middle of Republic Square, which is a key happening place in Yerevan. They were also really kind to let me check in earlier than the check in time, since my flight arrived early morning. The room was large, spacious, air-conditioned, which was important in this heat. Also, they accept credit card payment, which is great.

The only thing was, while checking out, they took the payment for the room, and then just as I called my taxi and was about to get in, they asked me to wait for 10 min while the 'checked' my room. And they also made a fuss about my hair color stain on their towel, asking me to pay for getting it washed in the laundry. It was REALLY minimal / minor and I didn't think it was fair.

Good Option

as we stayed only one night there, our room faced the reception, which was kinda weird as we heard people walking by and opening the doors next door. the room was clean and the facilities were good, the location was good and accessible to many places. but it was also pricy to the quality of what we have received.

Great location, spacious room, good air conditioning.

For the price, I expected a bit more in terms of service. I didn't need cleaning during my two night stay, but at least they could bring new coffee. And not this terrible 3 in 1, which makes you only more sleepy in the morning!

The staff was very friendly and very supportive. The location is excellent, near the metro, shopping center, restaurants, and park in the middle of the city.

Good

They were very kind to accept a last minute change of reservation due to a flight cancelling. The hotel is ideally located, very central, close to Cascade and not far from restaurants and other facilities. The staff is nice. In particular, Aida speaks very good English and was very nice and helpful.

The carpet floor in both rooms we stayed was a bit old, stained. The room furniture feels not very "warm", it lacks a bit of decoration and personal touch. The large room feels very "empty".

Disappointing

near downtown and clean

We had a hard time finding the hotel as it is in a courtyard. We got a room which was right next to the main entrance! The rooms aren't the newest either, so we could hear everything and everyone. Regardless of whether the neighbor is on the phone or someone opens any door. After every 10 minutes the sanitary facility makes loud noises and the flush didn't even work properly. The air conditioning is used for heating, which means that in addition to the noisy sanitary facilities, the noisy air conditioning system and noisy people around. In any case, we had no sleep. As a frequent traveler, the hotel is not worth a 8.5 rating.
