VILLA BISTA DI AWA ( Vacation villa, sleeps 10, 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, 2 porches, large private pool, double garage with Sea View) Location: Our spacious, completely walled, villa is located in the area of Jan Sofat, a luxurious private protected residential area. Bista di Awa, means Sea view and our Villa definitely has a sea view worth mentioning. From the 16 meter long porch you have a view of the Spanish Water with it’s sailing boats , the sea and the Table Mountain. Can you picture yourself admiring the sunset while sitting on a comfortable lounge set on the porch or from the private pool? The villa is build upon a hill so there is always a pleasant breeze in the house to keep you cool and comfortable. Our Villa is conveniently located near some of the nicest beaches, some fine restaurants , and near the enjoyable town of Willemstad. Layout of the Villa ( max 10 p+ 2 possible extra bed/baby cot). The house has two floors, and both floors are selfcontaining. Both floors having all aminities, such as a kitchen, living room, bathroom, dining area and an outside porch and the large private swimming pool is at the intermediate level and accesible from both floors. Upper floor: The large upper floor ( +- 500 m3) consisting of a spacious open space living room and a larg roofed porch with a comfortable sitting and dining area, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen. The living room is equipped with Flat screen TV, DVD , Stereo and high speed WIFI. You can connect your Ipod to the stereo set and play both European and American DVD’s. The house has a well equipped kitchen with an American fridge , a 64 m2 terrace with a comfortable lounge set and a second outside dining set. The two bathrooms have showers and lots of cupboard space. The 3 spacious airconditioned bedrooms have hotel quality box-spring beds ( 1x 1.80-2.00m and 2x2 0.90-2.00m beds). The master bedroom has it’s own bathroom and sliding doors connecting to the porch. On top of that the whole house has access to internet. Ground floor Downstairs you have a double garage, a comfortable appartment, with it's own kitchen, dining area, llivingroom with flatscreen, 2 double bedrooms, with hotel quality boxsping beds( 4x 2.00x 0.90 m), 1 of which is so large that you can add two extra beds. The ground floor has its own roofed porch and outside dining and lounge set and a 3rd bathroom. Allso there is a store/ washing room with washing and ironing facilities for you to use. The house has a large private swimming pool with daybeds and chairs and a shaded area, in case you do not want to sit in the sun. The house is ideal for large groups or use by two families. Lots of room and possibilities for privacy if you need it. Suitability for children and elderly Our villa is suitable for kids. The villa is surrounded by a wall and the entrance to the pool can be closed off. There is more than enough space for children to play inside and outside. One babycot and chair are available, extra can be arranged on demand. There are also special protection sheets if your children are not fully potty trained. Also the availability of a microwave and washing machine will make the stay of a young parent easier in our villa.
