Situated in San Juan Island, this attractive house for $508 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Waterview! Southend! Enjoy the view of Strait of Juan De Fuca in this southern facing home near American Camp National Park and South Beach. This is the perfect spot for a few friends or family to gather and relax in this nice and quiet neighborhood. This newly remodeled and freshly furnished, two-story home boasts a large gourmet kitchen. It provides all the amenities necessary to prepare delicious meals, or to gather on the deck and enjoy a meal cooked over the gas BBQ. The living space, primary bedroom, kitchen and dining area are all on the top floor with great views of the water. The open primary bedroom has a comfy new Queen bed, Futon couch, private deck, spacious closet and an en-suite bathroom which is prefect for two. The downstairs opens up to the Media room where you'll find a large sectional couch, a leather sofa-bed, and the flat-screen TV. Off the media room you will find two bedrooms: one is equipped with a set of Bunk Beds (an extra is mattress is provided as well), and the other has a Full sized bed. At the end of the hall is the 3/4 bathroom. Walk to local beaches or American Camp National Park from this perfectly located island home. A 5-minute drive from this property will take you to a local favorite spot, South Beach, where you will find County approved fire -pits for summer s'mores and barbequing. -This home does not have Air Conditioning. The breeze off the nearby ocean is more than adequate to cool the home on a warm day. This house has electric heat. -Not suitable to loud gatherings as this is a quiet neighborhood. -This house requires use of stairs to get to the main living area. -Cell Service is spotty at this property, however, the Wi-Fi provided is strong enough to make calls on your personal cell. - No Pets This is a Non-Smoking property The internet/ Wi-fi at this house should be sufficient for streaming video, phone calls, remote work and video conferencing. Internet Speed Test Results… Download Speed: 26.69 Mbps, Upload Speed: 3.23 Mbps, Ping: 49 ms (Average of three tests that were conducted January of 2022 using SpeedCheck Pro) San Juan Island is a remote location, and it is good to keep in mind that intermittent, short, Wi-Fi disruptions are very normal for this area. vr permit # pcup00-19-0007

The house is in a perfect location near Eagle Cove Beach (where we saw 2 Humpbacks right off shore), and walking distance to the trails to American Camp and South Beach. The property itself is updated, with plenty of room for a family or group of friends. Finally, the view of the water and Olympic Peninsula from the back deck is wonderful.

Spent the 4th of July long weekend/week at this beautiful property. Check-in was easy. Very clean home with well-stocked, huge kitchen. Comfortable beds and futons for our large family. We enjoyed the puzzles, ping-pong table and large yard with a view of the Juan de Fuca strait and Olympic range. Short drive (longer walk if taking children) to Eagle Cove beach. Close to historical sites. The grill was well maintained. Wifi can be spotty for streaming depending on where you are in the house but this seems to be common on San Juan island. Would stay here again anytime.

House was as described. House was clean and well maintained. Located in a nice, quiet, area of the island. Entrance to American Camp was at the end of the road. House had everything we needed. House was warm upon arrival since has no AC and blinds were left up upon our arrival; wish they would have been down. After arrival, we left blinds down during the day and temp. was fine. Saw deer and fox in the back yard. Would diffidently stay again.

My friends and I came to San Juan Island for a wedding and this place was big enough for all 6 of us to spread out and have privacy if needed. We didn’t cook in the kitchen but the kitchen was nice and spacious and seemed to be well stocked and the beds were super comfy! The views of the ocean were beautiful and the place is just a short drive to the harbor area. My only feedback is there was no iron/ironing board and we had all traveled from out of state for the wedding, so we had to go to the wedding with wrinkly clothing. Otherwise great trip and would highly recommend a stay here!

Beautiful home on San Juan Island!
My friends and I came to San Juan Island for a wedding and this place was big enough for all 6 of us to spread out and have privacy if needed. Our stay at Eagle Cove Haven was perfect with our grandkids! There was plenty of yard to run and play outside and the location was easy getting to the sights we wanted to see. It was clean and equipped with all the necessary kitchen items plus games for the kids. It also has a beach close by and a view from the home of the ocean. I would recommend this property and would stay here again!

Home recently renovated - owner pride very evident. Communication was great. We arrived after dark; they had turned on the lights for us and had soothing music playing on the TV.

Management company sent detailed directions to the property which was helpful. Neighborhood is quiet and it's an easy walk to American Camp. The yard is absolutely amazing and the deck was perfect for grilling and hanging out in the evenings. The house was equipped with everything you could need. Our group of 4 had a blast. The home was located v. close to Friday Harbor, easy walking distance to the beach and great hiking trails along the beach. Kitchen was amazing and extra supplies of TP, paper towels, soaps, etc. were appreciated. Highly recommend. My only suggestions would be a second TV for upstairs and maybe a larger bed for the master. Everything was superb and comfortable. We'd not hesitate to stay again. Thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful home.

Everything about this house was a delight. Check in and out were simple, with clear directions and COVID precautions. The kitchen was well stocked, grill was great, and the beds were comfy. The views were amazing. We watched the moon rise over the mountains and the sea every night! Would definitely stay again.
