About this house rental
Pool heating is $35 per day for short term stays under 60 nights. Pool heater is $20 per day for long term stays 60 nights and beyond. Luxurious & Completely remodeled Spring Hill home features an open floor plan with huge kitchen fully stocked for the long term and short term stays, Beautiful stainless steel appliances with Romantic LED lighting throughout the kitchen lights up the nights for comfort & enjoyment. Spacious bedrooms with ample closet space & TV's in each bedroom including the living room. Easy access to the swimming pool with a completely fenced in backyard for total privacy, Plenty of seating outside for swimming and grilling with the family! Conveniently located to Weeki Wachee Springs State Park for Kayaking the 5-mile long crystal clear trail, natural sand-like beaches, Water slides, Live mermaid shows & Boat tours. 15 Minute drive to Pine Island Beach for family enjoyment on a beautiful beach with breathtaking Florida Sunsets. Bedding Master Bedroom#1 - Queen Bed Guest Bedroom #2 - Queen Bed Guest Bedroom #3- Queen Bed Bathrooms Master Bathroom- Toilet/Sink/Shower Combo Guest Bathroom- Toilet/Sink/Shower & Tub Combo Interaction with Guests: I live close to the property and will be available to provide assistance or guidance with any questions that you may have. The neighborhood: Very quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Home is located on ½ Acre of private land with lots of privacy, Beautiful pool with completely fenced in backyard for total privacy. Getting around: Our home is located near by plenty of shopping centers, If you need anything during your stay you are only 5 minutes away from a local shopping plaza with a grocery store, pizzerias, bars and just about everything you could ever need. Plaza also features a shopping mall. Five miles away from the local beaches, Famous Disney World is less than 45 minutes away and one of Florida’s most popular state springs Weeki-Wachee is just 5 minutes from the home where you can enjoy a variety of activities including mermaid shows, kayaking, water slides, and wildlife. Perfect home for the family or a couple to getaway. Winter rate is based on two guests. Additional guests after two billed at $25 per person per night.

The home is exactly as pictured. We enjoyed lounging by the pool and spending time with our family. The home was very clean and equipped with all necessities. The welcoming tray was unexpected; but appreciated. The entire process from checking in to checking out was simple. We will definitely be returning.

Our host, Jacob, was wonderful. However, we paid $15 a day to heat the pool. 13 days we were unable to use it because of green algae. We asked for a refund but were denied. Also, every other day or so we had to fill the pool with cold water. No wonder we had to pay for heating the pool. They did not have a solar blanket; consequently, the heater!!! Also, the neighborhood was not desirable…. many cars at each of the surrounding houses, loud music played mostly on the weekends, dogs barking often. The owners truly did all they could to make our stay nice. However, because of the pool situation and the location we would not recommend this rental.

Stefan and his father were very friendly and easy to communicate with. Home has been updated and very clean. We loved all the extra special touches they included too.

Very nice place, convenient to everything. Very well supplied for cooking. The pool was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if available.

From the moment we walked in, we were delighted with the personal welcome and thoughtful (and delicious) treats. As foodies, we loved the coffee bar (!), the fully stocked kitchen and the outdoor grill. The house was beautifully decorated - we felt right at home. Centrally located to groceries, restaurants .. and don't miss the Suncoast dinner theater 20 minutes away!

The home was comfortable, clean, well stocked, and inviting. Conveniently close to Weeki Watchi for family outing and breakfast with Santa Claus. Heated pool was lovely and well maintained. For a stay in Spring Hill, we would definitely return and recommend to friends and family.

Stayed here due to proximity to family. Kitchen and baths better stocked than anywhere we’ve ever stayed. Nice basket with wine and snacks! Enjoyed pool with grandson. Host obviously cares about house and guests.

Will Repeat Stay
The home was so clean and inviting. Literally welcomed us personally on a sign when we walked in. The home had everything we needed and then some. Well Air conditioned. Love night swimming! Coffee bar was perfect! Close to everything!

From the minute we walked in the front door we felt like we were home. The house had everything you could ever need and was very clean. I will be using Stefan's properties for our vacations from now on.

I stayed for 2 months for work and enjoyed not having to come back to a hotel each night. Stefan was super responsive to any questions or requests, would definitely stay here again in the future.

Excellent
We enjoyed our stay as the house is just as pictured online. Obviously remodeled everything was very nice. For 2 adults and 2 children we had plenty of room and of course the pool was a daily pleasure. The house is located close to restaurants and shopping and about 15 or 20 minutes from the beach. We would definitely stay here again if we visit this area.

Everything was nice and as advertised. However, our main reason picking this house was because of the heated pool. First day we got there their was no heat to the pool. Owner came in the afternoon of our 2nd day there and only gave us heat that day only the next day the pool was freezing cold!!! That was disappointing being that we paid $60 in advance for the pool heat. We was still charged for those days when we only got one day of a heated pool. There were flying ants in the house. Also the pool water was very stink and salty as if there was no chlorine in the pool at all. All of our clothes was so stink!!!! Which was extremely odd. Oh THERE IS NO CABLE HERE AT ALL!!! So if you have children that watch cartoons, they will be sadly disappointed. There wasn’t even a DVD player, nothing to stream movies at all. So it was basically stay in the boring house with nothing to watch on tv or get in the stink pool. Thank God we had floaters.

The pool was fantastic and our family spent many hours enjoying it.

Nice, Quiet Stay... Exactly what we were looking for.
Our girls weekends are an annual trek. We seek a nice, quiet place for a relaxing weekend. Our must have is a pool. This property was exactly what we were looking for. The home was very clean and provided everything we needed. We did not leave the property, but the neighborhood was very quiet and our days at the pool were uninterrupted. We found out about the crazy kitchen light show on our last night and while it was amusing, it was lost on us. Great stay!

I love staying at this property as a matter fact I like staring at all the properties of these owners Stafan is a fantastic host and is there for all that you need.

Spring Hill Gem
The property is beautiful. It truly is. The property manager was so easy to communicate with and was extremely helpful. We loved the way the towels were folded when we arrived. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were so pretty.
The only cons were the following:
Ants by the pool were overwhelming. This was discussed with the property manager and he is aware.
The pool was super cold. I think we overlooked that it isn't a heated pool so we only tried it once.
The pillows (tempurpedic I think) aren't that comfortable but the living room pillow worked well.
There isn't a smart TV so we couldn't watch any movies which in the end was fine because the AWESOME lights that are in the kitchen became a huge hit! Once we figured out how to change the colors, we had a blast!
I will say that having the camera at the front door area was brilliant. I felt very safe and my friends and I would try to wave every time we passed it.
Overall, I would stay in this property again or another owned by the same manager. He knows his hospitality that's for sure!

Paradise!
It was a wonderful experience. Everything was brand new and complete. Had any thing we needed plus. Did run out of propane about the time our food was done. Pool was perfect. This property deserves a 5 star rating.

It's a Perfect Trifecta!!
First, Stefan was sooooo accommodating, and very, very quick to respond...every time!! Thanks Stefan!! Second, what a perfect rental property! You can tell the owner truly cares. Details, details, details...it was very neat, clean. Very well stocked, beds were also comfortable. Third, location was excellent. Nice neighborhood, close to grocery, restaurants etc. You couldn't ask for better! Absolutely will be back!!
