Our 2 levels new building of 270 m2, provides luxurious and comfortable accommodation for families, couples or groups of friends. functional and offers all the necessary facilities and modern amenities for a pleasant, relaxing and memorable stay. It consists of 4 bedrooms which sleeps up to 8 people, 2 bathrooms, 1 WC, a separate big kitchen area and a large living and dining room. Every room leads to balconies and/or terrace with a panoramic and uninterrupted view to the garden, the pool and the breathtaking landscape, which one can gaze even from the interior. Apart from the main entrance, the Villa can be accessed through an automatic wide gate with plenty of parking spaces. The Villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden of 2000 sqm with new brand pool , sun deck, and all outdoor amenities , . All the above in complete privacy and away from prying eyes, since the Villa is fenced and the interior is not visible from outside. . You can sunbathe on the stylish sunbeds with the comfortable cushions, the chairs, or on the lawn grass. There is also a solar shower which is essential, following a delightful dive. Next to the pool there is a wooden deck with a table and chairs, for relaxing moments under the shade of a big fig olive tree. -Easy to contact and communicate with owner -Clean, well stocked house -A/C worked well -Large villa -Nice grounds - Not much if anything to complain about. Just know that the villa is not within walking distance of anything and taxis are a little difficult in high season all over the island, so if you do stay at the villa (and I would recommend it), think about renting a car or lining up transportation.

Upon arrival the property owner was extremely friendly and helpful. Offering to show us where the nearby shops and taverna was located. Which provided a great first meal! The entire property had clearly been recently furnished, as it was very modern, clean and functional. The property felt very secure, as a driveway with electric gate provided secure parking. We had only one hire car (Nissan Evalia), however there was ample room for at least another 3 cars. The pool and garden at the rear of the property captured the sun well and had nice views of the hillside. Whilst the outside dining and cooking area provided a nice shaded area to evade the midday sun. A hire car is recommended, whilst you are never from the towns. You are enough in the countryside to warrant a hire car. All bedrooms have air conditioning, and electric blinds which provide complete blackout/lockdown. Thanks Mr George for a lovely holiday.
