This was such a warm and cozy unit. The view was amazing and the place was so inviting. The owner really has the home beautifully decorated. You have everything you need and more. The beach was a short walk. Everything about our stay was wonderful. Hope to stay again in the future.

We had the good fortune to discover Maushop Village for an impromptu vacation and had a wonderful time. This cottage is just perfect. At every turn, Chris has thoughtful amenities. The kitchen is well equipped and a pleasure to use. The bedroom has ample storage with a closet and spacious drawers. The ocean views are spectacular and the beach is just a couple minutes to walk. The community is friendly and so peaceful. We enjoyed long walks through Popponesset and along the beach. There are beautiful homes and landscape everywhere. Thanks, Chris, for alerting us to the full moon. It was incredible. Looking forward to returning next summer.

We truly cannot thank Chris enough for providing us with the most seamless, beautiful, peaceful, and enjoyable experience on our honeymoon. He anticipated every possible need and then some. Everything was spotless, gorgeously decorated, and comfortable as can be. I couldn’t imagine a more picturesque beach cottage than this. We are definitely hoping to stay here again. We were sad to leave this morning after such a perfect week, but found comfort in the thought of coming back next year! Thank you so much for an unforgettable Cape Cod experience!

Chris was an excellent and very responsive host whose home was very cozy and a quick walk to either the uncrowded beach or through the quaint little village to the marketplace. It had a nicely updated kitchen and bathroom that made our stay that much more comfortable. We had a great time!

This cottage is so perfect! Everything is well thought out, it's small but plenty of room for our family of 3. Top of the line appliances. Just a5 minute (or less) walk to the beach, and 15 minute walk to a cute marketplace. The area was quiet which is how we like it. Truly can't say enough food things about our stay!

This place has been one of the nicest VRBO rentals we have stayed at! Everything was incredibly clean, very well kept, comfortable and absolutely beautiful. We did not want to leave! I would recommend to anyone who needs to relax and enjoy serenity. Chris was an excellent host who communicated very well at every step.

This cottage could not have been more wonderful! Everything we needed in a home away from home was there for us in this beautiful and immaculate cottage. We appreciated the extras Chris provided like a cooler and ice packs. We had beautiful views of the ocean and a short walk to a tranquil beach. Maushop Village is a quiet neighborhood with charming gardens. When we could drag ourselves away, we were just an easy drive to Falmouth to ride the Shining Sea Bikeway, Woods Hole, kayaking on Poponesett Bay and whale watching from Hyannis. We are already talking about our next trip to the Cape. Thanks, Chris!

Perfect for a long weekend stay. The cottage was cozy and efficient, but plenty of room for a couple. Easy walkable access to the beach, walking trails, and a small marketplace (which was only open on the weekend due to being off season). Great views of the ocean and homey decor made our getaway simply idyllic.

Just had three beautiful nights and four days in this precious cottage by the sea. Hoping to go back again next fall. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need with Nantucket sound in your front yard. The beach is just a minutes away down a path bordering the ocean…..it is private and lovely. Can’t wait to go back. ♥️

Our first trip to Cape Cod and we arrived under tropical storm warnings. It was the perfect Cape Cod cottage with the ocean views. Everything worked well, very clean and very comfy. Easy walk to the the beach and the walking paths were great for early AM. Loved sitting outside and just looking at the water and listening to the boats. Would def return!

We loved the cottage. We enjoyed the beautiful view of ocean from the cottage and spending time on the beach. We walked to marketplace for food or music every evening. We had a great time!

If you’re looking for an amazing place to stay on the cape this is it. Beautiful water views from the front and side, loved having meals out on the patio overlooking the water. Has everything you need WiFi, tv, washer dryer.. quick walk down the path to the cafes, restaurants and shops in the village commons. Always question if the trip is worth the money and with this place it absolutely is. We will be going back, and the most important to us was it being clean and it was spotless.

I’ve traveled many times and that might be the worst place I’ve stayed in. The view was beautiful but the cottage had hardly any storage, we had to leave our bags on the futon because there’s nowhere to put them. The bathroom shower head came up to my chest and there’s nowhere to put your things in the bathroom if you were shaving or trying to style your hair. All in all I would never stay at #15 cottage again! I love the area and the whole trip except for the cottage. I don’t understand why he wouldn’t fix that place up because the location was good. All outdoor furniture was very uncomfortable and beat up pretty good. I had the opportunity to see 3 other cottages there and by far mine was the worst! If that was my place I’d put some money in it so people would definitely come back. BTW it’s been 10days since I’ve been back and haven’t received my security deposit back yet! I paid on time when you requested.

This home is in a perfect location. Not too far from Boston. And has amazing views! Steps away from the beach. Chris was quick to respond to any questions I had. And the home was exactly as expected. Very clean.

This home is beautiful! Views from every window! The hone has everything you could want and then some! Chris is a treasure! Send an email and you get a response immediately! We only live a short distance away in RI but it felt like another world! During this COVID time of distancing and not going out freely, this short retreat was just what we needed. The sound of the surf, sea air, lobster rolls and walking barefoot to the beach is still with us 2 weeks later... An amazing community, we hope to go back...

My husband and 3 month old baby stayed here Wed-Friday in Sept. The condo was clean and quaint. Everything you would need. The bed was comfy and the views were amazing. It was a short walk to the beach which we enjoyed. Check-in/check-out process was simple. There was enough space for 2 adults and one infant . I think more adults would be a little crowded. Will stay here again and recommend !
