Modern studio 25 m2, recently renovated, in a quiet residence, located on the 1st floor with balcony 10 m2, overlooking the garden side not overlooked and facing south. The accommodation is composed of a kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, microwave oven and a separate living room with new 160 cm sofa bed and TV. Bathroom with shower. Beaches 5 mins, Dinard Thalasso 10 mins, small supermarket 300 yards, Saint Enogat 10 mins, Town center 15 mins.

Agréable séjour .
Séjour du 10 au 16 septembre 2018.
Studio bien aménagé . Le grand balcon est agréable , la résidence calme.
L'appartement est proche des plages et du GR 34.
La douche est parfaite. A revoir le mode d'emploi du four-micro ondes.
La propriétaire agréable, à notre écoute.

Très bon séjour
La location était conforme à l'annonce. Le lit est confortable malgré que ce soit un convertible. L'immeuble est calme et la vue est assez jolie. Il y a tout le minimum pour cuisiner.
Le seul problème c'est qu'il n y a pas de wifi.
Et la 3 ou 4 g passe mal dans l'appartement.
Sinon nous sommes très content de cette location.

Avons passé un agréable séjour avec le soleil.
La location est très agréable et bien ensoleillée. L'ameublement est bien pensé et très pratique.
L'arrivée et le départ se sont bien déroulés avec des hôtes sympathiques.

Das Appartement würde ich jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Es war wunderschön.

Appartement très bien agencé
Appartement très bien agencé et très bien équipé. Situé à quelques pas de la plage dans une résidence très calme.
Orienté vers le jardin nous étions au calme et à l'abri du vent. Balcon très grand, pratique pour manger ou sécher du linge.
Appartement conforme aux photos, très propre, état neuf.
Très bien pensé : armoire pour les vêtements, cafetière capsules, sèche cheveux, lave linge, lave vaisselle, aspirateur...
Le canapé lit est confortable, lit fait à notre arrivée.
Rien à redire : pour un studio c'est bien pensé.
Aucun problème pour se garer: place attribuée sur le parking et places dispos devant la résidence.
Le seul bémol n'a rien à voir avec l'appartement : Dinard en août en voiture est un véritable challenge : le centre ville est surchargé.
Très bon séjour malgré cela.
