No internet, noisy rooms, unwelcoming staff :(

The room and the whole house was very clean! :)

Unfortunately, we did not like our stay at Il Giardino Dell Arte. 1) We chose this accommodation, because we loved it from the pictures. Especially the terrace, we were looking forward to spend our time there. However, the hosts made us feel so unwelcome there, that we preffered to stay closed in our rooms. During our stay in Sardinia we were camping and we had a lot of camping stuff. First thing we asked them was wether we can grill some meat at the terrace on our grill. We asked in a friendly way. But the man started shouting at us immediately that absolutly not, that this is just BED AND BREAKFAST, STOP! It was very rude, I mean he could disagree and just say no politely. The athmosfere was terrible from this point. 2) The wi-fi did not work (even though they claim they have it).I needed it for my work and I asked them why it is not working. He said that it is turned off for today. I asked why. He said that it was enough internet for today. I asked him if it will work tomorrow, he said that he will probably NOT turn it on. I explained him that I needed it for work and he did not care. Obviously they are sparing the internet data very much. 3) I did not have much sleep. There are spaces under the door and you can hear everything from the other rooms. The first night there was a crying baby the whole night, the other 2 nights there were barking many dogs from the street. Unfortunately, it was very audible even through closed window. If you are a light sleeper like me do not expect much silence. 4) We were little bit dissapointed with the breakfast. I mean it was OK, but definitely not luxorious as was written in other reviews. It was only joghurt with müsli, bread with marmelade and sweets. I am not a fan of sweet breakfasts, would rather opt for savory meals. To be fair, we also got juice and coffee which was good :) However, as we did not feel welcomed here,we would not come again, we would rather choose another hotel next time. Pity
