The 8th floor , which includes the mail lobby restaurants and pool floor, is modern and attractive, somewhat minimal, a bit unexpected in a mountain location.
The main part is a bit pretentious.
Quality of service not at level.
The hotel part main structure look an old refurbished , doesn’t match the mail floor level of quality.
The room (mayne) is minimal , tiny and unpractical. Good for a weekend.
A’ la carte Restaurants look extremely expensive.You need having a good reason.

The main reason for visiting 7132 was to enjoy the thermal baths, and they were divine. The room, however, was quite disappointing. I chose the black room by Zumthor, and it seems that there have been modifications made to the room, which did not work with the theme of the room, and did not add any comfort. The lamps were all different, with no central control, the toilet door was transparent and did not provide any form of privacy.
The therme, was amazing. The food was great, the staff was very very good.
The location is perfect, and if you do visit, please make sure to visit in winter with the snow around the building.

been before, the natural architect design Spa is really unbelievable, spiritual, beautiful and soul healing. amazing.
restaurant food is very good, including breakfast.
the newly architects designed rooms are really beautiful, BUT for those that do not like small rooms, they are super small, built in the 1960’s the rooms are simply a part of history in sizing. this means that you need to go with an open mind and you will be ok.

the thermal bath is amazing. we went for the night dip at 11 pm and also morning dip. the hotel itself is very cozy even though its located in a remote location

service at the restaurant was one of the worst we have ever experienced, and then we get a nüssli tort as a sorry - what a joke.

the ease of access to Zumthor's Therme Spa was the best part. The rooms were clean
The rooms were very small, there was no room for movement. the restaurants are highly overpriced, borderline ridiculous. Having traveled throughout the world with the experience of staying at luxury hotels worldwide, we were amazed with the audacity to offer such prices for food and wine on the menus. The prices were almost insulting.
