A short drive from the bustling city to this tranquil Oasis. Large rooms, great views, and friendly staff. I already recommended to friends. Excellent value.

Very nice, clean and comfortable rooms. Reach Moroccan breakfast.tea and coffee every time we wanted. Ahmed is the manager, has hospitality attitude, most helpful and arranged every thing we need (even made a HAFLA with origen local famous band). Most recommended!!! We definitely come again

Private parking in the hotel area, nice area, swimming pool, wading pool, nice staff, clean, nice room, nice bathroom. rating should be higher. Reception 24 hours.

This property looks beautiful from a distance, but on closer inspection doesn’t live up to expectations. The area in general, the terraced gardens and (unheated) infinity pool are very pretty, but the staff and finishes on the accommodation were lacking in class.

The staff were very unprofessional. We were the only guests staying overnight, yet the room we were initially given smelled of a recent bowel movement, so we had to ask to be moved. The rooms aspire to be luxury hotel rooms, but have only semi-functional climate control units, rain shower heads that are present but non-functioning, glass bathroom doors that don’t latch, a ceiling light fixture full of dead bugs, the list goes on and on….The Wi-Fi was advertised as free, but only worked intermittently, possibly because at least 2 of the staff seemed to be constantly streaming TikTok videos and playing Sims in the reception area that doubles as the restaurant. We ordered dinner and had to endure the sounds of simultaneous hotel music, Sims and TikTok, at the same time the two women working in the kitchen were conversing so loudly that they could be heard not only on the ground floor, but also one floor up in our room after dinner. Excruciating. We wanted to like this place, it has the potential to be lovely, but isn’t yet.

The place was better that we expected. Rooms were really big and nice and breakfast was great. Good communication with the staff. Little bit far from centre.

- they might add some seats outside for breakfast (in the shadow), near the pool for example - Location on booking.com was not exactly correct. Search for "dar Zayana" on google maps, that is the exact location

Great riad for relaxation. Staff is helpful. Quite and feels like home.

Need more effective heating. Doors locking need improvement.
