The pool and bbq area is shared by all 4 units. The Space: Modern and clean and tastefully decorated. Located one block off Wilton Drive in the heart of desirable Wilton Manors. The unit is located in a four unit building. The only common shared spaces are the gorgeous pool and BBQ area surrounded by a privacy fence. Your immaculate one bedroom an one bathroom unit has its own private full kitchen with everything you need to cook and feel at home, a living room, a dining room with table and four chairs, a desk work area, full size washer and dryer in the unit. Please Note: The unit has Air Conditioning only and no Heat or Space Heaters in the unit. Free Wifi, and streaming ROKU TV so you can connect to your Netflix, Hulu, and your home cable account. Very comfortable queen sized bed with lots of pillows it sleeps two people comfortably in the bedroom and one guest on couch in the living room, extra pillows and blankets in the closet and we also have an air mattress for the living room area. We also have and air mattress upon request. Hurricane impact windows and doors make for a safe and quiet stay. Stocked with and iron, iron board, blowdryer, cleaning products, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, towels, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and much more. Just bring your toothbrush. Guest Access: The full kitchen includes a refrigerator, electric stove and oven, dishwasher with complimentary dishwasher pods, microwave and toaster oven and Kurig coffee maker with complimentary pods & Kitchen Aid blender. The kitchen includes: all utensils for eating and cooking, pots, pans, colander, grater, peeler, dishes, bowls, wine glasses, coffee cups, paper towels and dish soap & sponge & hand towels and much more. It is more or less your home away from home. Full size Washer and Dryer in the unit with complementary laundry detergent, full sized ironing board and iron. We also supply Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, and a Blowdryer. We also supply shower towels & washcloths. Publix (grocery store) is about a ten minute walk or three minute drive. The Pool is surrounded by six lounge chairs, one table with umbrella and four chairs. Blue & White Striped Pool Towels are also provided. The pool is not heated. There is a propane BBQ to grill outside by the pool. Please Note: The Pool and BBQ areas are shared guest spaces. The Neighborhood: Very safe and sought after neighborhood directly in the middle of all that Wilton drive has to offer. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, bars, nightclubs, gyms, and much more. 4 miles from the beach, 6 miles from airport, 2 miles from the Brightline train for (quick trips to Miami or WPB) Getting Around: Uber or Lyft Other Things to Note: We have plenty of parking. Enough for two cars per unit. Our property is NOT clothing optional to respect the other guests. Interaction with Guests: Your hosts Brooke and Rich are very friendly and personable. Brooke is a Real Estate Broker and Rich is a Real Estate Developer. We live minutes from the property and are available 24/7. We also have a maintenance person on call 24/7.
