Well kept apartment and exactly as described. We had a great time, and largely in part to our stay at this apartment. Thank you!

The condo was nice, comfortable and very clean. Had a nice view of the beach from the belcony. Boardwalk is about 2 miles away, down loader the app circit on your phone and it is only $2 per person electric cart ride to the boardwalk.

Condo was great. Homeless man sleeping in bushes for 4 days on walk to the beach. Final night, was up from 320am-520am with police helicopters and police. Police officer shot and shootout across the street. 2 other murders in area that week. We had a great time!! Just don’t know if I would stay again.

The property is better than the pictures. Great view great location beautiful beach! The hosts are quick to respond to any questions or concerns you may have. I would definitely stay here again.

Property was nice and clean. The pool was clean! I wish you could have seen the ocean from the pool. Owners were helpful with questions. Facilities were nice (game room with pool table and ping pong, gym, pool). The area surrounding didn’t have a lot of things close by for kids to do.

The location is very close to beach & excellent, only 1 bld in front of you but the view from balcony is awesome. Hence, the location is excellent. Owners are very friendly and accommodating. The pool is very nice & clean. Condo is stocked with all the beach needs: chairs, umbrella, tent, boogie board, pool noodles, towels, etc. Condo is very large & spacious. The building management personnel are not friendly and treat non-owners pretty lousy. The furnishings within the condo are the lowest price point available (think Ikea) but functional. The master bedroom bathroom is functional, but could certainly benefit from a refresh. The 2nd bathroom has been remodeled & is awesome.

The check in was easy and valet service made it even better as we had a lot of luggage. We enjoyed the heated pool and the beach was easy access. The apartment was immaculate and the hosts were friendly and very responsive. The building itself is older but the apartment has a newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. The area is great with lots of restaurants and grocery stores a short drive.

We loved staying at this property. The staff was very nice and valet parking was easy.. The apartment was clean and has a beautiful view of the pool and ocean. One thing I was grateful for is the Dyso.n, to maintain the apartment clean throughout our stay. We highly recommend and would stay here again.

Perfect location only steps from the beach. Place is clean and well stocked. Beds are comfortable. Things out of owner’s control: Elevators are not adequate for a building of that size. Reception staff are beyond rude. Rules regarding noise are not enforced; parties were allowed to go on every night.

We enjoyed our stay. The beach was only a 2-3 minute walk. The pool was nice. It would be great if the pool stayed open later than 8 pm though. We had a nice view of the beach from our balcony.

This was a painless and easy place to book. Our Host Olga and Alex were very helpful and their communication with us was quick as well as answered any question we had. Our stay was great.

The apartment is really spacious and comfortable. We didn’t cook but the kitchen looked well equipped. Plenty of bed linen and towels, showers were good. The view from the balcony is lovely, we also used the gym which is small but good. The beach is just a few steps away too, my sister went there every morning for a dip in the sea. We would definitely rent again!
