Neighborhood: This vacation home is situated within a very desirable, quiet, family-oriented neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac with community walking trails throughout. Private neighborhood access to Flathead River is just blocked away with a second public access just 3/10th of a mile away - just perfect for taking in the beautiful scenery or launching your kayaks! Also, just a 10-minute stroll away is a wonderful playground/park for your family's enjoyment. The Home: Inside this tastefully appointed home, you will find kitchen/dining/living combined space featuring a full kitchen with all amenities, dining area & cozy living room with a beautiful gas built-in fireplace. Great single floor layout offers a total of 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and private attached bathroom with separate bathtub & shower set-up. 2 Guest bedrooms, each with a queen bed, share a full bath with a large walk-in style shower. The Glacier Gateway vacation rental features a beautiful, fully fenced-in backyard perfect for enjoying the outdoors with fun & games on the lawn & barbecuing on the back deck. There is an attached two-car garage with ample additional parking for your boat/ snowmobiles and visitors. Surrounding Areas: Very close by to this location is the dynamic downtown area of Columbia Falls, less than 2 miles away, where our lively farmer’s market is held weekly, as well as restaurants, pubs, shops & more, can be enjoyed. Just 3 miles away is the Meadow Lake Resort for the golf enthusiast! Whitefish Mtn Resort is just 17 miles away with great summer & Winter resort activities for all ages. The Pinewood Park Aquatic Center is a community public pool recreation facility is 1 mile away through safe neighborhood streets for walking or biking. Flathead River access is very close as is the Big sky Waterpark. The West Glacier entrance to GNP is only 25 minutes up the road, but don’t forget to stop along the way as there are many more recreation adventures to explore! We really enjoyed our stay in Columbia Falls. The American Flag and welcome sign on the front porch set the stage for a very clean comfortable home.
The location in town was close to our activities yet away from the busy part of town.
Our hosts were great to work with. We hope to stay here again.

This home worked great for our family of 5 on a Glacier National Park vacation. Communication was great when we needed to add a day and the VRBO system was down. It was very clean, nice linens, kitchen well supplied, extra toiletries and snacks provided that were not expected but very convenient. Very well-kept home.

We are so happy we chose this VRBO home! It was so comfortable. From the furnishings to the yard, wll equipped kitchen, bathrooms, and all the extra little touches! Bath salts for the soaking tub, extra toothbrushes, snacks in the kitchen and more and more. Our first glance was a personalized sign on the porch welcoming our family! Such a sweet part of the memory of our trip to Glacier. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood but real close to all our adventures! A wonderful resting place after a day of discovery and beauty! I would definitely recommend this place!

Very comfortable and clean. The owner supplied a lot of extras like snacks, toothpaste and toothbrushes..etc. The location was convenient to all our planned activities. I would definitely stay there again.

From the minute we drove up and saw the personalized welcome sign, we knew this place was something special. The hosts include so many nice and thoughtful details. The home is comfortable and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. This is on a cul-de-sac so no through traffic. A wonderful sweet home!!! I would highly recommend it!

This place met and exceeded all our expectations. I’m so grateful I found this please and we were thrilled to find all the extras that hosts put for us in the bathroom and in the kitchen. The Internet speed was really excellent, also the mattress in the master bedroom was out of this world. Attention to details they say is the key to a success, so the hosts really pulled it off. This is a real gem to find for people who are aiming to explore the Glacier National Park. Very nice! Thank you.

This property was perfect for our trip! We arrived early and the property manager let us put our luggage in the garage. This is a great location for a Glacier Park trip. It is about 20 minutes from the west entrance. There are great places to eat close by in Columbia Falls and Whitefish. There were lots of little extra amenities left for us in the bathrooms and coffee and spices in the kitchen which were much appreciated. Clean and comfortable and a great place to relax in the evenings!! We walked down the street to the river one evening. Despite my fall and broken wrist this was a perfect trip and we got in 41 miles of hiking. Had great medical care in Whitefish too!!

We have stayed a handful of rental homes and this one is hands down the best! The owners have seriously thought of everything! When we arrived, there was a welcome sign with our name on it by the front door. If that doesn’t make you feel welcome, right?! If there’s something you forgot, chances are they have it there for you, even down to your morning coffee. They left a basket of snacks for us, and it even had a couple of doggy biscuits in it (even though we didn’t bring our pups, we thought about it and it was such a nice gesture). There was a basket of bath stuff so we could enjoy the giant bathtub. We have stayed in rentals that had nothing, one roll of toilet paper and you had to buy the rest. This place provides everything, and even go above and beyond with the little touches that make the stay extra special. The fenced in backyard is absolutely beautiful and perfect for kids and dogs. The house is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. It’s close to the west Glacier entrance and everything we wanted to do for our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

This home is located in a very quiet cup du sac. I was worried reading about some reviews talking about the smell of smoke. I NEVER smelled that anywhere in the house or garage. The house was extremely clean. The home had a welcome sign with our name on it and lots of snacks upon our arrival. All amenities you may need were provided including many extras such as a toiletries basket for each bathroom. There is a large soaking tub that I used daily as the house had Epsom salts in the bathroom to utilize. This helped my sore muscles as we hiked daily. Everything was wonderful and I was so happy we booked this stay for our trip. I would book it again in a heartbeat!!

Excellent Stay and a Nice Break!
We had a great time during our stay at this location. The Hosts had paid attention to a lot of detail within the home. This starts with having a nice welcome message right at the door to confirm that we arrived at the right location! The house was nice and clean with all the required stuff in the kitchen, laundry room and rest room. The appliances were in all nice working condition. Very close to West Side Entrance of GNP, Kalispell, Whitefish location. One of the co-host was available via text message and it was an added peace of mind that we could reach them if we had any message or questions about the home. The home is also in a nice neighborhood and had a large backyard. All in all, we are very pleased with our stay in this VRBO home.

Family Glacier Getaway
We had such a wonderful stay in you beautiful home. We got in late and were greeted with the sign and fresh flowers. It was so nice to find snack, water in the refrigerator, and coffee already supplied.
Everything we needed was her plus some luxury items in the bathrooms!
This was a bucket list trip and did not disappoint. Thanks for making it even more memorable.

Our VRBO was easy to locate and close to town. The warm welcome with fresh flowers were all great touches. Not to mention all of the necessities you supplied. The house was clean and well stocked. The price point was very good, very good! My siblings stayed in Columbus Falls as well. They had properties on the local golf course. In comparison we had the best value. Loved this property.

Two things we didn’t care for but we’re not a big deal. No live tv available that we could figure out. The garage, which we didn’t use except to take trash out smelled like cigarettes. Not a huge deal to us.

Lovely house in a lovely place

Great house and location. Beware you probably won't get your full deposit back.
First the bad. We had a slow toilet that clogged. Despite our best effort, couldn't unplug it. The management took almost a third of our deposit without any warning. So if you have a slow toilet immediately report it. Also, just don't assume your getting your deposit back. We only had one toilet for one night and had to deal with maintenance but got charged. I've been renting houses and condos for decades and always got my full deposit back.
The Good: Great house, great location. 30 minutes to Glacier. Room for two cars in driveway. House on Cul de Sac so quiet. They let us check in an hour or so early. They had floss, tooth brushes, bath salts and many other things available.
Overall, we would love to stay here again. We would flush the toilets and evaluate flow at the beginning and report slow toilets immediately. I also advise not doing a review until you get your deposit back. I was pressured to do a review early but am glad I waited.

It was the BEST vacation we ever had.
Only negative about the whole trip was the house smelled like cigarettes every time we walked into the house so had to spray air freshener and light candles but other then that we loved the house, the area and everything about our trip...if I could give the overall trip a 10 I would

Great location for a family Glacier vacation
This property is a fantastic getaway for a family. We felt immediately welcome and comfortable in the home, and the space was perfect for our family of 6. It is well-stocked with many necessities, as well as a few luxuries. The big kitchen was a great central hub. It's a pretty,18-minute drive from West Glacier, located in a very quiet neighborhood about a mile from the grocery store. If and when we return, we will look for this house first!

Awesome location!
Great home very comfortable with all the extras!! All the little extra touches made you feel right at home!! It did have a cigarette smell in the main living area which we had to keep spraying air freshener for when we would come home in the evenings.
