Condo #110 is directly on the sand where you can relax on your patio and enjoy watching the waves roll in while soaking up the sun. During the winter months of December through early March, the city places a sand berm on the beach, blocking the view but not the sound of the waves or the warm sunshine. This beautifully furnished first-floor condo is located directly on the beach. The first thing you'll want to do before you even unpack is to step out onto the private deck, soak in the views, and say to yourself; this is living! You'll enjoy lounging away the days watching the spectacular Carpinteria sunrise and sunsets. The living room has a flat-screen TV with cable. The condo also has WiFi included. You will hardly ever have to use your car while staying here. You can walk or ride your bike anywhere you need to go. Everything is close by, shops, restaurants, bars, wine tasting rooms, groceries, and more. The kitchen has all new granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and all new appliances. Comes complete with all cooking utensils. The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed with two bedside lamps. The second guest bedroom features 1 queen bed. *Winter Sand Berm: The construction of the city's winter sand berm is a strategic measure, informed by the annual tidal patterns influenced by celestial alignments. The timing of the berm's erection is determined by the specific positioning of the Earth relative to the sun and the moon, resulting in typical installation periods from early December through early to mid-March. However, these dates are subject to variation due to the dynamic nature of lunar and solar cycles, rather than arbitrary human decision-making. For instance, historical data indicates that the berm was dismantled on March 10th, 2021, and on March 2nd in 2020. These dates exemplify the adaptation to the annual celestial shifts. Beyond its functional purpose, the sand berm offers unique recreational opportunities. Visitors can traverse its height to enjoy an enhanced perspective of the surroundings or utilize it as an elevated seating area by placing beach chairs atop it. This year, the construction of the sand berm is scheduled for November 29th, 2023, aligning with the predicted celestial and tidal conditions. We loved our stay at the beach!! The location of this condo is absolutely amazing. It is right on the beach, and also just minutes from the town. I think we used our car only twice in the 6 days we were there. The condo is spacious and accommodated our family of three perfectly. We appreciated the ease of checking in and out. I would highly recommend this spot - we hope to return!

Carp Shores has always been a wonderful place to stay. We were lucky enough to get a bottom unit. It was wonderful due to the large outdoor patio that leads right into the sand.

We had a wonderful time at this little gem on the beach! There was nothing like waking up and walking out onto the patio and straight onto the beach. It was clean and well appointed with all kitchen necessities. The communication with the management company was also great with quick responses. My only complaint was that there was no option for early check in.

This unit’s description was accurate. Kitchen was well supplied along with cleaning supplies and paper products. Furniture was comfortable and ample. Complex was quiet, clean and on the beach. Everything was close and easy to get to. We had an amazing time and look forward to returning.

We will book this heavenly spot again! We read and played board games on the luxurious deck. It leant itself to such good quality family time. The apartment is comfortably furnished and the kitchen well-stocked. Looking forward to our next trip here.

Pretty much as described, with everything we needed for a short family spring break. Well equipped kitchen, although a cook would need to sharpen knives like we did. Good restaurants and shopping within walking distance, and lots of beaches to stroll.Rain the last for the last day and a half was the only downside.
