Amazing property and location. The house is pristine and so so bright. View is even better in person. Short easy walk to beach. Sunrise is amazing here. Lots of food within reasonable drive and near the market and cvs.

We had a great time going to Sea Isle for spring break with 5 adults and 2 3 year olds. We had the beautiful beach to ourselves basically and had a blast looking for seashells. You can hear the waves from the deck and watch the sunrise in the morning. There's a great playground just a few blocks away that we went to every day and a grocery store/drug store within walking distance too. Owner was incredibly accommodating when we needed a later check out time due to a family emergency.

Thanks Melissa! A very well kept property! Location, view, cleanliness and comfort level were all top notch. I have already recommended property to others and plan to personally book again in very near future. However, If I had to give one critique, it would be the fact that we kept loosing signal while streaming YouTube music on large TV in common area. Also, advertisement states having 7 beds, when there are only 6; however, it does sleep 9 very comfortably. Again, this was a small issue considering we had a party of 7.

Our family stayed here over the Christmas holiday. This home was more beautiful than I imagined. We had a cozy winter getaway, opening our gifts next to the fire with a gorgeous view of the ocean. Great location on the beach but close to stores and restaurants. We love to cook and the kitchen was modern and fully stocked. Beds were so comfortable. We will come back!

Very well kept beach condo with lovely views. Well designed duplex that minimizes sound between units. Beach access path right out the door and easy walk to supermarket, restaurants and playgrounds. There is a paved promenade that starts two blocks away with shops and an arcade. Enjoyed our first visit to Sea Isle City, a manicured and welcoming community.

We had a wonderful week at this house. Photos were accurate and it was such a treat to have the view of the ocean from morning to night. The balcony made it nice for my daughter and son in law to leave the beach early for their infant and toddler to take naps. The location was excellent- right in the center of town and walking distance to the Acme, CVS, the Promenade, and restaurants.

My mother (85), daughter (21) and I spent three wonderful days at this property. It was absolutely as advertised and honestly even better. The home is very private (no one was next door but it would still be private even if they were), the beach is gorgeous and the view from the living room and deck is unobstructed and feels like you are sitting on the beach. The home was spotless and very comfortable. We already started planning a yearly trip back while we were there!

My four sisters and I spent five days four nights at this gorgeous home. We were celebrating my oldest sister‘s birthday and we couldn’t have found a better place for the week. We had very cold weather, unseasonably cold, and no sun with high winds and rain. We had the best time because the house had amenities that allowed us to enjoy ourselves, really have a restful night sleep, and and feel well taken care of. Although I was relegated to sleep in a twin bed (sister’s pecking order), the mattress was so comfortable I slept like a baby. The gas fireplace was used daily and the views of the ocean were outstanding. We would definitely book here again and recommend to our friends.

I loved the house, but I saw aunts by the window near the kitchen table and aunts in the living room on the floor and aunts in the kitchen area. Request that an exterminator exterminate a few times a year, but otherwise loved it. Left 2 sets of sheets as we did not use the beds and I do not have a twin or full bed in my home. The sheets were brand new.

The location was great- oceanfront and only 2 blocks from the boardwalk/walking path. Also within easy walking distance of the grocery store. The property was clean and well stocked with all the essentials! An added bonus were all of the games for children to play. We had 3 kids ages 3,4, and 5 and they loved playing the games! I would definitely stay here again!

We visited this lovely house for a weekend away in the off-season. The house was perfect to sit inside and watch the morning sunrise over the ocean! The house was very clean and had everything you needed for a nice stay. We had so much fun we hope to back again next winter!
