Furnishings and amenities include: - Two queen beds in loft - Portable Honeywell air conditioner in master bedroom - Two ceiling fans in loft (air flow in the condo is excellent) - Hypoallergenic bedding for all three beds - DeLonghi Magnifica espresso machine (with easy instructions!) - Big screen TVs in living room and master bedroom - And more! This is a large fully furnished one bedroom, plus loft, plus living room sleeper sofa, two bathroom unit of approximately 1200 square feet and includes a full, well equipped kitchen. The front deck looks out at the Pacific Ocean, while the rear deck offers views of Kauai's interior rain forest covered mountains. The Cliffs Resort includes swimming pool, tennis, two hot tub, and much more. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, 65" 4K Samsung smart TV, air conditioning, and its own private bathroom. There are two queen beds in the loft, and additional guests may use the sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a compact washer and dryer in the unit. Air conditioner in master bedroom, great air flow in the rest of the condo. The unit is on the 3rd floor - which provides great views - but also means 28 stairs to climb. The Cliffs Condo's are located in Princeville on the scenic north shore of Kauai where the tropical ambiance is at its best. Perched on a volcanic plateau 100 feet above the Pacific Ocean, the view from your private lanai/deck is spectacular! This area of Hawaii is famous due to movies such as Jurassic Park and South Pacific. It is perfect for those who enjoy lush green tropical setting, the best golfing, plenty of sandy beaches - many remote and private - waterfalls, and exquisite dining. There are over 30 beaches within a 30 minute drive of the Cliffs - from secluded and romantic to lifeguarded and popular. You can snorkel, kayak, hike and frolic in waterfalls. Or you can just relax at the Cliffs at the pool, in the jacuzzi, or over a barbecue. There is plenty of local dining in over two dozen restaurants ranging from simple to elegant. My wife and I travel frequently to Kauai and all the other islands. We had a wonderful experience staying at this condo! Very impressive how the owner Albert and his wife thought of everything a guest may need and made sure to supply it. The service was excellent and the views from the balcony are out of this world. “Breathtaking Oceanfront Condo” in Princeville is exactly what this is. Albert And Anita were very helpful and communicative. They made our stay a pleasure. Loved the views from the lanai in the morning and the sunset over Hanalei Bay! What more can you ask for?

We loved our stay at the Cliffs. Our view was memorable; every day was gorgeous, whether it was raining or sunny. Our beds were super comfortable, the deck/lanai was perfect. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi at the community center. The kitchen was fully equipped. We cooked breakfast every morning. We enjoyed going to Hanalei, Poipu, and hanging out in nearby areas (like Annini Beach and Kilauea). The roosters and the Nenes were fun to watch. We can't wait to stay here again.

My first time to the islands. Wanted a slow relaxed pace so chose Kauai. This condo at the Cliffs was perfect. Loved the lanai overlooking the ocean. And it’s a short walk to the Adirondack chairs at the cliffs overlooking the ocean. Amazing. The pool with waterfall feature is a nice place to cool off and relax. The condo had everything we needed. Loved being able to do laundry. Had a beach day and the closet had more than we needed for that!

Our stay at this resort was an overall great experience. The patio provided a beautiful place to relax, play cards and watch the ocean all day long. The rooms were accompanied with gorgeous Hawaiian decor and stayed relatively cool throughout the day. Kitchen was stocked with all appliances necessary to cook all meals. The location was ideal as it sat on the ocean and was convenient in proximity to the town.

We loved this unit at the Cliffs. It is so well appointed and truly, of all the places we have stayed over the past several decades, this was by far, the nicest. Not only is the tropical decor absolutely lovely, all the little touches--like toothbrush holders and flowers in bathroom vases--make the condo so homey. My son said upon entering, "This looks like someone's well kept home." My son is a coffee lover, and although it took him a while to get the hang of the Espresso machine, he did master it and made delicious coffee every morning. The owners left a canister of fresh coffee beans. The unit has all lots of pots and pans, knives, utensils, rice cooker, juicer, (even a lemon squeezer) and the linens and towels are high end. The artwork on all of the walls is beautiful, and atypical of most rentals. The view is spectacular!! On our first night the sunset was other worldly. Anita and Albert were very responsive to all of our questions and requests. The bedroom AC malfunctioned, and they immediately had someone replace it! There are multiple games, puzzles and books in the various cabinets, and the back lanai has many chairs, coolers, snorkel equipment, and an umbrella for the beach. Many fans make the unit comfortable. We cannot recommend this unit at the Cliffs more highly.

This is a very nice place and the owners have thought about all the details. The kitchen is very well outfitted with all you would ever need for meal preparation. The views are perfect for sunrises, sunsets, and any time spent on the veranda. The location is great and the neighborhood is quiet. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a nice getaway.

The view from this condo can not be beat! Amazing to sit on the lanai and relax. If you decide to cook in the well appointed kitchen you will never have a better view doing it. The place could really use new bath towels and a deep clean but we would stay again. Comfortable beds too.

We’ve stayed in various units at The Cliffs. They are all fantastic and this unit was no exception. Beautiful views and great amenities. This unit has too many items to list but suffice it to say, it has everything you need to have a relaxing and fun time. We hope to return!

We had a great stay at this condo in Princeville for 4 adults and an infant! The views from the balcony can't be beat. While there aren't really any beaches within walking distance, we were a 15-30 minute drive from several beautiful ones that we wanted to try in different directions. The pool and other amenities at the resort were all really great. And the kitchen is very well stocked for cooking!

We have stayed in many rentals and this is one of the best equipped places we have stayed. From the latte machine, to the lawn chairs and beach toys, the extra touches really made it that much more enjoyable. It is in a great complex, and the kids loved the pool and park. The view and breeze were amazing. Thanks to Albert for being so quick and responsive to our questions!

Before we arrived, Albert emailed us with helpful information for planning our trip and time. The check-in process was a breeze. We had an issue with the tv and Albert had fixed it immediately. The condo is well appointed and had everything we needed to make our meals. We enjoyed watching the sunsets every night from the balcony. The views from this condo of the ocean are spectacular. There was a food truck one night so we didn't even have to leave to get dinner. The property is fantastic!

Everything was seamless and the view is out of this world. We loved the activities closet and utilized most of what was offered. The hot tub at night was soothing and the hidden trails were a bonus we weren't expecting. The sound of crashing waves along the cliff will always be something I think about. Thanks for the amazing honeymoon experience! It couldn't have been better!

Albert was the most kind and generous property owner that I have ever rented from. The unit was stocked with everything you could possibly need. From spices & condiments to a fun storage cabinet, with boogie boards & snorkel & even coolers and chairs! The wifi worked beautifully, with my son taking a Advanced Calculus final, which required a phone with camera on wifi, plus his laptop to take the test (so it is very suitable if you need to do some work while there.) We only stayed 5 nights because he headed to Poipu for the remainder of our stay, but truthfully enjoyed Albert's unit so much we would have happily stayed there the whole time. As for AC, we used it one night, and then was not necessary, as the windows open, even in the loft was more than sufficient to have a nice breeze through the unit. The view is spectacular. I sure hope to come back someday soon.... Thank you to Albert & Anita.

So much to say about the property. First, the stellar view to the ocean is amazing. The pots and pans are in great condition. Making espresso in the morning is an added bonus. The Cliffs facilities are great. The pool is a bit smaller than we expected, but there is a second is the back of the waterfalls. The drive to Hanalei is short as is the drive to the grocery store. Some reviews state the condo is dated. However, I can imagine what it would cost to modernize a kitchen in Hawaii and this would just be added on to the cost of the stay. If we go back to Kauai, we will be back to this property.

Inspired to cook in the fun kitchen, we enjoyed every meal on the beautiful patio overlooking the ocean! We saw several whales! The pool was awesome also!
