The unit is **Oceanfront** The Backyard is the BEACH, Toes in the Sand Almost Heaven is a Super Clean Renovated 4 unit complex located directly on Surfside Beach. No reason to drag your beach items around when you arrive, You are at the beach! House is located directly on the beach, literally 3-4 houses away from the Surfside Fishing Pier & restaurants in Surfside Beach. Enjoy this completely-renovated 2 BR/1BA and full Kitchen unit. The unit is upper Level. Enter from front stairs, Unit C is all on Upper Level. WIFI in every unit. Walk in and there is 1 bedroom with 1 King bed , dresser, closet . A flat screen TV, closet . A full bathroom with shower. Next is 2nd bedroom with 2 full beds, dresser, closet. Queen Sleeper in the living room, Kitchen and living room with WIFI and flat screen TV on Upper level. Open the back door onto direct Oceanfront Deck with Rocking chairs. The unit comes with 2 parking spaces in private parking lot for the complex. Washer & Dryer in shared laundry room. Outdoor Shower Private outdoor shower with key, hot & cold water central air/heat, ceiling fans beach chairs, umbrellas and toys ALL of our guests are treated like family! It is centrally located, 10 minutes from Broadway at the Beach & attractions. Murrell's Inlet is nearby with some of the best Seafood Restaurants in the state! Walmart Supercenter in Surfside or Garden City about 1 mile away is open 24/7. No need to pack everything, you can buy the rest there! (I do!) We rent pet friendly (dogs only) with $100 pet rent fee per pet. Dogs are always permitted on Surfside Beach only in mornings and evenings. Some dogs we do not accept. Please include pet breed and weight with inquiry. If your dog is not friendly around other dogs and kids, pet will not be permitted. We may request a photo of your pet. Flea medication required. Close to many golf courses and mini golf courses where you can play all day for $5-6! Airport is just 6 miles away. Activities and attractions in Surfside Beach South: Beach, Swimming, Surfing, Shelling, Boating, Fishing,Golf,Mini Golf, Amusement Parks, Shopping-Flea Markets,Antiques, Factory Outlet Shopping, Restaurants, Cinemas, Sightseeing, Relaxing and our favorite.... a walk on the beach or nothing at all! Great location. Comfortable beds. If you have 6 to 8 people it is a tight fit. They say pet friendly but it is more pet tolerant. Read there pet rules. Only one bathrooms

Convenient for direct beach access. Within walking distance to the fishing pier, however was closed for modifications. The power did go out for 2hrs during a bad storm. No flashlights available but our cell phones worked. The accessibility to the bathroom toilet was difficult for elderly. Overall experience was good.

The house was clean but needs an update the doors and windows are too old and make me feel unsafe. Too expensive for what they offer. I will recommend to spend some money in updating the place.

Elise, the owner was at the property just about every day to make sure everybody was happy. Had a a little problem with the TV. She immediately went out and bought a new TV. She knows how to take care of her guest. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a place on the beach to stay there. Thanks for the hospitality

We were skeptical about the conditions giving a Hurricane a week before, but it was beautiful. The calm after the storm was just breathtaking. We got to meet the owner, who was very friendly. They made sure that we had chairs, toys for the beach, etc. They went above and beyond to make the trip super easy with kids. We will definitely be back!

Everything was just as described,very clean,was a little worried since dogs are allowed but you would never know, we took our dog and everything was great would highly recommend for anyone wanting to bring their dog or not.

Although overall, the apartment we stayed at in this 4-5 unit house was okay. The shower is not for a big man as you are unable to wash your feet in a less than three by three square. The toilet is tucked away (about two feet from the sink) and a tight fit for a large person...but doable with care and caution. Other people were smoking outside their apartments and the smoke drifted into ours...not pleasant but sufferable. Best thing about this place is the owner is very responsive and available.

Perfect Spot
What a wonderful spot to relax at the beach with your dogs! I started coming to this beach house from about 1977 through the early 80’s with my family (it was known as The Dol-Fran) and now I came back to enjoy it with my own little family in 2021. It was so great and we will be back!

Great Location Needs updates
Loved the location, only downfall was the bathroom. Very small. if you are a larger person, you will have issues taking a shower. Also squeezing between the shower and the sink to use the toilet.
