Lovely location, and the suit we stayed in was classy and exceptionally clean, and we had a meal in the restaurant that evening, and was very good, would recommend.
Nothing to report, was perfect for our needs

- Het Loo Palace is just arround the courner
- Outstanding room service and a warm welcome by the reception team

Room was excellnt
One receptionist was a bit beuauratric. We arrived at 20:59 and was toled the restuarant was shut. It shuts at 21:00 - a couple of mins more please seemed a bit harsh on us - we'd travlled all day

I liked the terrace.
There was no hairdryer in the room.

We loved everything, place was very nice.
We didn't like one of the reception staff, to be precise the old gentleman working at reception has no friendly approach, not professional. Maybe some extra training for him wouldn't be a bad idea.

The building looks old from the outside but from the inside everything is modern and newly renovated.
It took a while to find the "secret stairs" to get to the pool (it's right in front of the lift as soon as you get off on the 3rd floor, but because there's no signage and it looks more like an emergency escape we were unsure), but we're lucky to have the pool to ourself even when the hotel seems to be busy.
We LOVE the bathroom we have in our room.
The hotel personnel were rather strict; I'm staying with my 5yo twins; so a large double bed in a standard/deluxe room is sufficient; but we're forced to book the family room which has a sofa bed; we paid double for a room which had an extra sofa bed which we don't need/use.
There's no complimentary water; I know that you can get your water from the tab/sink, but there's not even a note about it which could be helpful for foreign guests.
Breakfast has all basic choices, but I expect more where you got to order egg(s) of your choice (if this is a possibility there's no info about it) and all foods are rather cramped on U shape counters, too crowded to take your time to choose what you want to get.
the parking pass we got says it's for 2 days, but it seems to no longer be valid to drive out after we checked out, so we have to ring the intercom

The staff was simply amazing. Thank you so much for taking care of my wife, myself and my students!

i liked that it was only a 6min bus drive from the city center. The rooms are stunning, the sauna and the pool are great. It’s very close to the palace. The wifi was good. Having a balcony is also great for these summer days / nights.
Recommended to come by car as the closest supermarket is a 20min walk.

The room was nice, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast buffet was great.
There was only one light burning in the sauna and it flickered incessantly like a strobe light. When I mentioned it at the desk, the response was "well we're going to get rid of the sauna anyway". The room had a great TV with chromecast, but it was impossible to connect to because it was "not known which wifi the TVs were on". So there was no solution to that. Not really what one would expect from a hotel of this caliber.

Have been many times with the children when they were little. Good parking. Comfortable bed. Good food.
The pool is a lot colder than it used to be so impossible to stay in very long as cannot warm up! No bath in bathroom!! Decor needs updating!

Property is centrally located, all touristic places are within 10 - 15 min drive with car
Private parking, swimming pool, sauna and a hreat variety of breakfast are a plus
Property does not have central airconditioning and/or heating. The room where I was staying with my family was quite cold and heating wont work even with adjusting the thermostat of the heater.
The water at the swimming pool is pretty cold and is not practical with kids.
The price that we paid for the hotel is at an high end and we would expect the above mentioned to be properly facilitated to be worth the money being paid
7.0
Spacious rooms, spacious bar. easy parking
very nice swimming pool
- bar staff in the evening were slow and unattentive
- no light switch in bathroom and sensor
based with full lights and very bright when walking in
during the night
