The welcome from the night-shift was great, they helped us with parking and made us feel very welcomed. We came in at 11pm. Fancy lobby. Free breakfast for children, but 15 EUR for adults. The coffemachine in the lobby, you have to pay to use. Nothing included in the price, except for the children.

The parking basement had some idiotic concrete blocks in the start and end. These was used for ticket machine's, which has been removed, while leaving the blocks. Be very careful, we took one of the rims of our car there, due to a very narrow end of the drive in. The desk worker in the morning shift didn't bother to even say hello or look at us when we came down. First at checkout, she bothered to give us a bit of a smile. The nice waiter still gave us a free coffee in the lobby, because we had to leave early to continue our trip to Kroatia. We ordered a non smoking room, but it stank cigarette anyway.

Eva, at the reception, is a very nice person. Some other people are also nice, but not all of them! Apart from that, nothing much! I had to stay there because relocation was somehow challenging to me

I stayed in room 112, first floor, exposed to the South; the room was also hot like hell! It seems they have this problem at their hotel and most of the rooms are very hot; and there is definitely no cooling systems. They gave me a small fan, but it barely fitted it's purpose. The Wifi connection was also very poor, but better than the third floor (at the thrid floor it was literally null!) Some people need more training; for example, Bader at the reception, needs to be trained how to speak politely, and not rudely, with costumers. He used to always questioned back my requests and was quite offensive!

The night shift didn't bother to check the reservation and claimed they were fully booked and I need to leave. There were at least 100 of keys showing that they had plenty of availability. I kept showing the reservation code and finally he understood it. But then he kept asking for payment, even though I paid in advance. Once more he didn't bother looking for the reservation. After some back and forth he gave up and gave me one of the 100 available keys.

Staff is Very cooperative, location is best close to mall. Need more services in hotel
