we enjoyed the stay!

Location is great, close to everything. the room was very nice colonial style, small with two beds and balcony but very confortable and the chimney was so cool! Beds are a little bit hard. Restauran is great. I loved the eggs with mole had them twice, The morning staff in front desk was nice the one (male) was not very helpful. The restaurante manager suggested more than the front desk person. We travel with family, hotel was clean.

The bed was a little bit hard, they said the mattresses are new and they sent us more blankets.

Pleasurable

The hotel is in a beautiful setting. We loved all of the plants and decorations. It is in a great location.

It was cold enough when we were there so it would have been nice to have a small space heater in the room. Perhaps we could have asked for one?

Best colonial hotel in town

One of the most charming colonial hotel of all my journey to Mexico. Conveniently located just 5 minutes by walk from the main square of San Cristobal it's the right accomodation if you want to visit properly the historic centre. Room was very cosy and in colonial style. No heating is available so during the night it was a little bit cold and so there is the chance to light the fireplace just aside the bed. Very fascinating. Staying there is like a time machine. You can have a trip back to the past.

beautiful place, excellent location , good value.have a restaurant and small bar as part of hotel. had hot water for shower. beautiful outdoor area.

they did not have complementary hot water for tea or coffee. most hotels provide this service free of charge.

Great location ,beautiful rooms

Really nice looking hotel in the middle of San Cristobal.Walking distance from ADO bus station. Rooms are big clean and beautiful . Only problem was that there is no wifi in the rooms.

Wifi didnt work in our room, so when we had to work online we had to go to the lobby or outside of our room.

Extremely well located. Great price for such a nice hotel. Rooms were big with a nice terrace for smoking. Food was great. City is clean and enchanting with amazing history.

No pool but I knew that.

Loved the location it's near all the restaurants and shopping

Not enough outlets and the water pressure in the bathroom shower was ok, not enough hot water.
