Excellent view from the room terrace – you won't find a better one! Reasonable price, great hosts.

We stayed there for 5 nights, and I'd definitely say that's the best apartments in Sveti Stefan. It's worth every cent. The view from your personal balcony and especially from the roof terrace was just amazing!! There was a possibility to grill smth and enjoy your evening x10. Hosts are always in touch and ready to help you. During our stay they asked many many times if everything is OK. Moreover, they will provide kind of a manual, where you can find everything you need (where to find the nearest market, beaches, bus, etc). The apartments are quite close to the beaches, so it could take you from 10 to 20 min on foot to the nearest ones. The restaurants, a bus station to Budva are super close as well (will take you 5 min to get to). If you wanna go to Budva, it will take you cca 15min to get there (depends on a traffic jam), and the price for a ticket is 2,50 euro per person. But honestly Sveti Stefan has much better beaches, less overcrowded, it's cozy and calm :)

1. There was a spot on the bed linen, but they quickly changed it and apologised for that inconvenience. 2. Wifi internet was slow time to time but it's quite a common thing in Montenegro (we had the same issue in the other apartments). 3. If the AC was on, it leaked at the table on your balcony (can bother you if you'd like to have breakfast there). Even though I listed there some, let's say, 'cons', they didn't make our stay worse or anything.

Mesmerizing sea view, amazing host & safe parking

We really enjoyed our stay because we had an amazing host! Dejan and his father made sure that we feel like home, and we did; for a few moments, we really thought that maybe we can extend our stay. The room was clean and we had a mesmerizing view to the sea! 🌊 Also, we liked that there was a big and safe parking. Sveti Stefan is totally worth it and Dejan can give you some nice and useful tips.

Good location, amazing view from terrace and upper deck. Rooms are comfortable and kitchen is fully equipped. There is barbeque that you can use at upper deck with sunbeds and sunbrellas. Great communication with host. I highly recommend!

A memorable stay - breathtaking views, exceptional service, and a truly positive experience!

1. Breathtaking Views: The balcony view is truly a sight to behold, offering a captivating panorama of Sveti Stefan. Starting each day with this vista was a highlight of my stay. 2. Top Floor Terrace: A well-appointed communal space complete with a gas barbecue grill, water supply, sun loungers, and tables with chairs. It was the perfect place to cook a meal and unwind while enjoying the stunning surroundings. 3. Immaculate Cleanliness: The rooms were impeccably clean, clearly reflecting the management's commitment to providing a welcoming and comfortable environment. 4. Exceptional Service: The owner and the team went above and beyond to cater to our needs. Their responsiveness, friendliness, and customer-oriented approach significantly enhanced our stay. 5. Beach Accessories: The provision of beach essentials like umbrellas and towels added a convenient touch to our beach outings, making them even more enjoyable.

I truly enjoyed my overall experience, and the accommodation at Guest house Villa Slavica exceeded my expectations. However, it is worth mentioning that there are several flights of stairs both in the approach to the apartments and within the apartment complex itself. This may pose a challenge for guests who have difficulty with climbing stairs or require wheelchair accessibility. It is important for such guests to be aware of the stair situation beforehand.

Amazing view and more

First of all: The view from the rooftop-garden or your own balcony is amazing, totally amazing. The whole place looks interesting and fancy. It's clean, comfy and situated maybe 10 minutes from a very nice beach. The host and his family are friendly and helpful. I can totally recommend this place to everyone!

It took us some minutes to find Villa Slavica The parking lot is actually okay but make sure that no-one blocks your car before leaving

Beautiful views, perfect location, lovely family ran establishment

Amazing location, 5 min walk from restaurants and the beach! Lovely family ran apartments, really made to feel like home. Beautiful views from the room (and rooftop!), comfy big bed, and decent power shower!

Only thing was getting lost on the way there - could maybe have some directions on the booking or a sign outside for guests to know where to go.

Absolutely perfect view. I would recommend it for relaxing. And after 15 walking you are at a beautiful beach with a view of an awesome island.

Very good

Their terrace had one of the most amazing views of the sunset I've ever witnessed. Truly indescribable! It's also super close to the restaurants and the family who owns the house was very nice!

The shower changed temperatures every 5-10 seconds from super cold to super hot. I pointed that out to the host who told me it's a recurring problem, but I didn't get a heads up at any point :(

The apartments had everything what we needed, They were clean and comfortable. The terrace on the roof provided a great view over Sveti Stefan and the sea, especially beautiful during sunset.

Apartment sea view made our trip

Very cozy and tidy apartment. The highlight of this place is a huge balcony with mesmerizing view on the sea. Same as summer terrace on the rooftop of the villa. That was a great pleasure to communicate with the hosts - friendly and kind, always provided us with helpful info and necessary appliances on the first request. During 11 days of our stay apartment was cleaned twice and absolutely spotless. Thanks to Dejan and Milovan for excellent communication and all the assistance. Definitely recommend.

Among minuses might name: - location - a bit far from the beach and necessity to climb several hundreds steps. Weak people should watch out for the cardio. =) - from time to time shower went crazy and burst out with a cold water.

Wonderful place to stay. Excellent value for money. Breath taking view and the hosts were amazing

Everything, especially the hosts. So helpful and friendly. We did not have a car so the host drove us round Sveti Stevan and gave us a guided tour. He also took us to the supermarket and to a restaurant in the evening. Our cases were carried to and from our apartment and we were given a lift to Budva when we left. Wonderful hosts😁😁😁
