Superb

Great place: location is excellent, near the main road for supermarkets/bakeries but tucked away so it's quiet, also in the middle of the old town and really near all the restaurants, bars, and 5-7 minutes to the shore. The apartment was very functional, had everything we needed, including crucially a good AC and a laundry machine, and good wifi. The communication with the hosts was very good. Highly recommended place!

Noisy, Dark Studio with Unwelcoming Host

Closeness to the grocery stores, walking distance to the Riva and to the beach.

This place is completely different that the pictures. I have been to Sibenik so many times and my usual place in the old town was booked so I chose this based on the pics. What disappointment. We end up with the room with the two twin size beds (not a single photo of it), above the konoba, so super noisy all day and super dark place (dont tell me it is an old town thing cause I have spent lots of time in the Old Town of Sibenik, Dubrovnik, Korcula- places have natural lights). The Host was horrible- started with complaining how difficult is to clean and her family problems (I am a paying tourist and not your phycologist) and then she did not have any change available to give me (she requested to be paid in cash, no credit cards) so I offered her some part in Euros and some part in local currency Kunas. OMG, this woman can not do 2nd grade math. In the end, she told me she was shorten 50lipas (1/2 Kuna= 0.25 Euros). I offered her One Kuna and she is refused like it is my fault. Lady, get the change ready, work on your math skills. While she was walking out of the apartment; she asked me when will be leaving, I said 10 am, what is check out time listen on the Booing, She freaking rolled eyes at me and said: Ok, I have to clean in case we get new guests. If you need more time to clean, change then check out time on the Booking (we left before 9am- the apartment is not the place to hang out-:)) Lack of details everywhere: no kitchen towel, only one towel per person (no face and body towels). Sibenik's guides only in French and Chinese (the rest of the world, not welcome???), the light in the living room was out (she saw it and did not offer to change the light bulb), the fridge was dirty, the shower has mold and shower curtain is disaster. The front door of the house impossible to close, bathroom door is so noisy. Everywhere else the host offers you a local product as a welcome gift, not here...... Overall, the worst stay I had in Croatia.

Great location

Expensive public parking; Our apartments was on ground floor so very noisy and extremely thin walls. Room looked so bright in the picture - but It was dark - even at day you must keep light up. No shower gel in the bathroom, very soft matress, woke up with a back pain. Photos do not reflect reality, it was not as cozy as it looks in the pictures

Superb

The location was perfect for exploring Sibenik and being close to the waterfront. The hosts were very sweet. I missed the fine print about paying in cash, but they were kind enough to give us a day to withdraw what we needed to pay them. An extra bonus was the washer/dryer. we were able to wash a few things before heading off to our next destination. The owners also have a pizza place a 5 minute walk from the apartment and the pizza was delicious!!

The beds were a bit firm compared to what I'm use to, but overall did the job.

Exceptional

We arrived late at night, but Zvonko left the keys for us and we were able to settle instantly and without any problems. Realizing that the night road exhausted us, he offered additional hours for sleeping at no extra charge. Spacious apartments in the heart of the old city, bright and comfortable - and a great quiet air conditioner!

Worst experience

Apartment is truelly in the center of the old town of Šibenik.

Our apartment was literally in the basement, with no natural ligths at all. Toilette is made under the stairs and it is literally in your living room. You can't call that kitchen and is right next to toilette. When we arrived, another guest open the door for us telling us that the lady who owns apartments has left and said that she will be back. We were waiting in the street for about 15 minutes. Than, our apartment wasn't even ready, even if we have arrived at about 15:00. Another thing, parking spot is very far from the apartment. It is said that there is parking nearby that you pay 10 euro per day. Well, our parking spot was about 10 minutes walk, because in the parking nearby you couldn't leave car entire day. Really really bad experience. Another thing, just don't go to Banj beach, it is the worst beach that I've been on Adriatic coast. Go to Solaris beach, that again is one of the most beautiful beaches I've ever seen (only, everything is super expensive there).

Perfect spot for a short stay in Šibenik

Location of this property is 100 out of 10, in the very heart of the Old town, but close to the main square as well and 6-7 minutes walk from the Train station, but just under 5 minutes to Bus station. The apartment itself is on the ground floor, comfortable and spacious. The owner also has a pizza shop (very good pizza btw) that's 50m from there and he arrived within a couple of minutes after I summoned him upon arrival. There are two family-run taverns by the apartment, and everything's within a minute's walk from here. The owner is very kind and at your disposal at all times.

As I said, nobody was there once I arrived even though I specified and honored the time of arrival in advance. Being on the ground floor and with thick, old, stone walls, the apartment itself can get rather cold (even in late spring) but air conditioning works like a charm. There's no kettle, so there's no way for you to make yourself a coffee in the morning. The owner also lives there in the same building, on the very top, with his family. The mattress is soft and kinda takes your shape, which I didn't fancy.

Really good appartment in old city

Very good appartment. We got ones on the first floor and that was really good for me as I wasn't need to go with a bag to other floor. Room is realy big. A bit strange desing inside, from one side autentic old wall and from another something moderm green))) But comfortable. We stayed just one night, was absolutely good. It has small kitchen and extra bed for one, but we didn't use it. Didn't see owner really, his daughter gave me a key and explained everything. Location is exelent!!! Right in old city, perfect for walking around. There are some city parkings around that is free from saturday 15.00 and sunday all day (winter season from october), another days 70 kn per day.

Superb

I loved the location right in the city center, it was like walking through history and romance at the same time! The apartment is really nice, with cute decorations and furniture. The kitchen is small, as the apartment doesn't have a separed area between the kitchen and the bedroom, but it was lovely! The host was very kind, especially when my bf and I had to go back to their place to take some clothes we left

I didn't like that the apartment was located on the ground floor, right at the pedestrian level, as during the night it might get a bit noisy

Nice apartment in a very good location in Sibenik with friendly hosts.

Location is very good, room big enough. Host responsive and very friendly.

A little bit more care could be taken when setting up apartment for new guest, e.g. no soap in the bathroom, no trashcan to be found.

Centrally located, yet quiet flat!

Modern flat with very comfortable bed, perfect for a short 2-3 days stay. In the heart of the historical town, yet quiet!

Two nights stay in Sibenik

The app has a lot of equipment and doesn’t miss anything basic. The location is great and you can find all the facilities nearby, as cultural, shops, boardwalk and else. For a cheap parking you have to walk 15 minutes but this is a minor insignificant detail as the app provides you a great value for the money. A thank again to the host Zvonko for his hospitality and help.

Great location! Super central, walking distance to everything.

The host was very friendly and responsive - great communication. Very comfortable room setup. The kitchen and washing machine were very useful. The bathroom had all the stuff I needed. AC was quiet and very good. Everything was great, no issues. The location is super central - a short walk to anything you pick form your tour book.

Sometimes it was a bit nosy in the morning (I sleep in, when on holiday).
