Service, TV of my room was not working and despite multiple follow ups no solution was offered.

Excellent breakfast in the spacious restaurant looking out across the river.

the property is good and centrally located to most nearby places. helpful staff especially Kamlesh Gediya, front office, house keeping Ravi and Sharda.

The bed was very small. Even though I booked a double business room but the staff at reception alloted me a queen size bed which was very small even for a two person to sleep. They cheated us. Don't ever stay at this hotel. The food quality is also very very bad. We ordered Chinese dishes Manchurian and spring roll but as it was tasteless. If you ever visit in Ahmedabad don't ever stay at this hotel as the charges are very high and facilities are very very bad. It's like a 2 star hotel facility

Location seemed appealing on website but it was very far from the river front

I did not like the condition of the room and the corridor carpet outside the room which was not clean and looked old. The river view from the room was also very far from the river which was not what it states on the website. Also, the attitude and approach from the manager, who pushed me to book even though I wanted to cancel. But another colleague stepped in and then assured me a no fee cancellation

The hotel was very clean, staff friendly and speaking excellent English. Room and ensuite were big and clean, and the bed very comfy!

The indoor pool was nice but only opened on request, it wasn't heated, and being indoors in the basement level, the water was freezing! Refreshing let's say.
