Recommend for families

Spacious room with everything you need. Breakfast is excellent for 2* you have anything you need. Beds are comfortable.

We did not have signal in bedroom for cellular or wifi. Bathroom has no shelves in tub.

Superb

Great location and nice child friendly beach nearby. The sun beds were comfortable and were free upon spending at least 16 euros at the beach bar. Breakfast was simple, but tasty and fresh. Nice cocktails and salads at the bar.

Price was a big excessive for the quality, even for our first floors sea view room.

Perfect

I loved the position of the hotel, right on the beach, the appartment was perfect for our family with 2 kids, the pool was cleaned every night, the cleaning lady passed every day and was very nice and she did her job , the breakfast was very good , especially when the young lady was on duty she really made sure that we didn’t lack feta cheese tomatoes etc.

The only downside was that the hotel has a very nice beach bar and if you want to occupy 2 beachbeds with umbrella you have to have a consommation at the bar of 16 euros( noted on the beds). The problem was ( and we never ever has this problem in another part and we come in Crete for 7 years) that when we left to eat we were asked to take all our things even if we already payd the price, the owner’s son is in charge of the bar and he is the one who made this rule , I understand he wants to make a maximum of profit but I don’t think what he’s doing is legal ! Anyway, we went to the next beachbar where we didn’t have that problem.

Exceptional

Beach is fantastic, beautiful water, comfortable sunbeds, we always had enough space. Staff at beach bar was always so nice. Food is great there too! The room was nice and spacious, with a lovely view. Cleaned regularly too.

Minor thing but what could be good is to have umbrellas at the beach that tilt, and can be adjusted as the sun is moving during the day. Mid-July the sun was extremely strong and UV very high. the sunbeds are too heavy to be moved into the shade every time, but also there is no space for that. So umbrellas that can be adjusted would be great!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Facilities were excellent.

Our welcome by Paul was warm and friendly. The room was spacious, modern, clean with a beautiful view over pool, bar and sea. Breakfast was delicious. Hotel is close to many restaurants, shops etc, within walking distance.

A little piece of paradise

The hotel is directly located on the beach - so you have the pool and the beach right on your doorstep. The only thing that separates the hotel from the beach is the wonderful all day bar where you get served breakfast and can also have lunch, dinner, iced coffee, cocktails etc from morning to late evening. The food is delicious and the staff lovely. We had the studio with sea view and the view was just perfect. The room must have been renovated relatively recently and looked very nice and stylish. The friendly cleaning ladies came every day to sweep up, change towels etc - whatever was needed.

The only thing we did not like so much were the mattresses - they were a bit hard for our liking. Other than that everything was perfect.

Great place by the seaside!!

The location was superb! It was just a 20metre walk from our room, to the pool to the sea! The poolside restaurant had amazing food, great ambience music and glorious views of the sandy beach and sunset in the evening! Also the on-site parking was comfortable! The pool and common areas were cleaned every evening and morning and the cleaning staff were helpful!

No TV channels for kids were available and WiFi in our rooms was not provided (we didn't ask either!). But the WiFi in the restaurant was great!

Nice holiday

Very nice and spacious room, pool and beach front. Also the beach bar with the best burgers in town is definitely worth a visit! The sunbeds are amazing, we will stay longer next time.

Excelent location with amazing sea view

Great location close to Chania. Beutiful beach balcony room with amazing view just like in the pictures. Big room with big double bed, private parking. Great breakfeast by the beach. Great value for money.

Nice Hotel for a relaxed beach holiday, but not appropriate for workation / remote work.

Pro’s: + modern and clean room with air con + directly on beach + breakfast in beach bar is an awesome way to start the day + there’s a bus (KOLYMPARI line) from chania every 20 mins + even side sea view has great views + bar staff very friendly + food in the hotel restaurant actually the best of all the restaurants we tried + smart-tv in apartment, so you can watch Netflix etc.

Con’s: - terrible Wi-Fi connection (We had to work remotely from the room so this was a big problem for us) - the cleaning staff !!! - forcing their way into the apartment even when you clearly tell them not to come in. -> Again, we were working from the apartment, and on several days cleaning staff would barge in loudly and enter the room even though I was in an important work call and repeatedly signalled and told them to please leave the room - they ignored this, continued to start picking through our stuff on the couch on the look out for things they could possibly put in the trash. they also used our balcony to store their mop and bucket (!?) and would loudly speak over my customer calls to say they were only gonna be a minute. (This happened on several days, on check out day I actually closed the door on them saying that we were in the middle of packing and would be gone in an hour, but they came back in regardless) — this was a total no-go to us. - reception staff / owner seems to live next door and is never in reception area, there is also no bell or anything, so be prepared for long waits for check in, check out or if you need help with anything

Absolutely loved this place!

Loved the clean modern pool, loved the proximity to an uncrowded beach, loved the cold beer and lunch options at the on site cafe, and absolutely loved the very nice breakfast selection and pleasant breakfast staff.

Even better than expected....

We have asked for early check in, and they provided some one hour comfort, despite full house ..thanks again. Our apartman was side sea view no 206..... good surprise by all meanings. Apparently newly refurbished, designed enterieur, new appliances, furniture, beds ....two semi-separated areas, two TV sets ( no int.news, sorry) two A/Cs.....all above the expected level++++excellent quality bottle of white wine on the table. Nice , clean little pool, good quality breakfast in the beachside restaurant/bar , sunbeds and beach towels , from the bar till the see the distance is some 20mts ...you can really enjoy your staying there. For early check out we received a breakfast box, +++the boss caught us, just to gift a little bottles of excellent olive -oil...thanks for that kindness.

This hotel is excellent. Right on the beach, with a nice swimming pool, great bar next to the beach tasty breakfast, very nice staff, great atmosphere. Very clean, room newly refurbished to the highest standard. Highly recommended.

Thank you all so much for everything. You made our hollidays so much better and everyone was so lovely. The food was delicous and there were so many adorable cats it made us sad to leave. Ps: please take good care of the cats they deserve it.

Brilliant stay at a very reasonable cost

Room was basic but had everything I needed. It was clean and comfortable and the cleaners came in daily to make the bed up. The pool and pool area were clean and tidy. The bar is great with nice food. Perfect location, right on the beach. All the staff were friendly and looked after me. I felt very comfortable as a solo traveller.

The only improvement that could be made is that the beds were a little uncomfortable but the accommodation was such a reasonable price that it wasn’t a problem for me.
