Nice place, quiet and beautiful.
The rooms didn't have blackout curtains, we ask the front desk and the receptionist blew us off. She wasn't very attentive.

The property overall is very nice and clean. The pool is very nice too. It’s not deep only about 4 1/2 feet. My kids were able to be in it without much help.
I did not like that it’s far from the malecón. It’s close to train tracks. The train passed by twice early in the morning and was loud. The wifi was not very good.
We noticed it would only work in certain areas. But overall it did it’s purpose. They also charged us about $112 dollars for sheets that my son pee.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The pool was nice and the beach view.
There was no WiFi in the rooms and no tv signal. The front desk guy was rude and in a bad mood. The front desk gals were polite and nice. Requested towels for the pool and after two hours they never arrived. Had to go to the room soaking wet. The complimentary coffee was really bad and available in such a short period of time in the morning. The room was missing so much stuff when we arrived.

The resort itself was lovely being on the ocean with the beautiful pool.
The room was in need of repair. There was minimal hot water, the molding fell off the door when we opened it, the kitchen was not supplied very well; no coffeemaker, blender, utensils etc.
The windows were not cleaned.

breakfast was ok but nothing to write home about.
hot water in our room was very inconsistent, very disappointing, even after a maintenance person came to look, still wasn’t warm enough.

best to say it was a quiet stay as there was hardly anyone else staying there. also def didn’t gain any vacation weight as the restaurant wasn’t accessible to order unless we went right into it to order even for room service as there was no menus or phones in the room to call down.
the time share hounds were super ignorant and even told me to “shut up” while trying to swindle my friend into signing up because I asked questions. while i realize we were in a Spanish country very few of the staff could speak any English and i spent much time on translator apps even just to try to get an additional blanket as the rooms were quite chilly. access to the beach was terribly rickety and no handrails to manage the staircase going down and hard for my friend with mild mobility issues to feel safe going up or down. cab drivers couldn’t find the resort and no bus access to the hotel itself so we felt quite trapped. we didn’t realize how far north of the actual city the hotel was and very much limited our exploration of the city

Everything was great on this trip stayed only one night to get some peace of mind from all the parting 🤯🥳🤣😭 down on the malecon and zona dorada,💯 worked out just as planned has a kitchen cooked some home style food and got rid of that home sickness 🤔😅😂😅good place to relax secluded area awesome.
The pool is just outrageously cold, come on guys all that 🤑🤑and can't get some solar panels at least to heat the pool 😭😭😭🤔😅😂😂

The staff were amazing. The location was exactly what we were looking for. Every day we had pods of Pelicans circling above.

beautiful pool and facilities
very damaged and outdated rooms. mold in the bathroom and the paint was peeling from the bathroom as well.

The look of the place is impressive, with the pools and ocean beyond. The beach was quite private although with strong waves, so not really suitable for swimming.
Where to start? Everything was dirty, from the rooms (noticable hair on the floor), to the stairs, to the toilets. Lots of things were broken, for example, the door handle to our balcony and our curtain rod. And this is a noisy place, so don't come here for rest and relaxation. For example, a cleaning lady trundles a trash trolley across the pool area, back and forth, on noisy wheels several times a day. There's a loud sound system by the pool, and we were unlucky enough to be there when a wedding was taking place next door, on a Tuesday. It was the loudest music we'd ever heard until 1:00am. The hotel staff didn't care at all about this or offer any remedy. This was particularly galling, as we had requested quiet rooms at the time of booking many months earlier and in an interim message, just to be sure. This kind of 'shrug' attitude was prevalent throughout, from the reception to the restaurant. For us, it seemed that every question or request was a problem without a solution, when several solutions seemed obvious. And it was not cheap. You'd be advised to spend your money elsewhere.

location is remote enough for privacy but right on the beach. great views
the value of the restaurant isn’t the greatest and if you look closer, the quality of the rooms isn’t the best but they are decent. I believe they are still undergoing renovations so hopefully it gets better

Everything was great even though you couldn’t really go inside the beach but other than that it was good!
It’s a lil far from Malecon or any convenience store.
