Location was perfect. 3 minute drive to the euro tunnel
There was only enough hot water for one shower. The kettle couldn’t be used as the limescale was quite bad. I’m

No hot water in the bath.
Dirty with cobwebs around the downstairs toilet.
Broken handle in the porch nearly locked us in.
Tiny double bed not big enough for two adults.
Shabby dirty curtain fittings.
Generally shabby with a veneer of effort. Feels like it has been set up to look good in the photos.
Wouldn’t meet 2 star hotel standards.

Easy to find, good location for Eurotunnel
Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. House was far too hot in this hot weather so needs better loft insulation, and radiators were warm, so needs a combination boiler to avoid convection circulation. Bath plug almost blocked so shower doesn't drain. Shower was cold but gave up trying to work out the controls.

Great location, good size for a family of 4, clean and tidy upon arrival.
Some shower gel/shampoo/conditioner as well as tea/coffee/sauce provided.
A little bit dated, shower not great with low pressure, very hot (we’re in a heatwave) even though fans were provided - thank you.
The double bed was a standard small double and they n this heat needed more space!!

Their was broken glass on one of the lights in the bedroom (single)

The shower was uncomfortable and the drainage was not good. uneasy to function.

great location, hosts accommodated us even when we arrived a bit earlier. bedrooms really clean and comfortable, perfect for a base.

My husband and I stayed in this property with our two grand children. The location was lovely and was ideal for us. Our grandchildren were able to play in the garden and also they felt at home. The property had most things we needed for the two nights. It was clean and tidy. Leena met us on arrival and also responded to our messages immediately.
