Really nice property in the centre of Utrecht. There is a sauna as well!

Wifi could be better

Chez Cho Bed & Breakfast is the perfect base to explore Utrecht and its surrounds. Despite our late arrival into Utrecht, Nico was on site to greet us, show us around the property and give tips - i.e. cycling routes, things to see and do, etc. All one needs is located on site and the bath and sauna are a perfect way to relax after a long day cycling or exploring the city.

What is there not to like? Absolutely great place to be.

Nico is very nice person. The apartment is clean and comfortable, in the city center.

Everything was fantastic.

Excellent ground floor apartment about a 800m walk from Central train station and very close to the Utrecht city centre. Well appointed modern, comfortable apartment with all facilities. I had everything I needed to make my own breakfast, although the owner can provide a breakfast for 10 Euros.. It's also very close to a large number of restaurants for dinner. The apartment has exclusive access to a basement room which contains a sauna, washing machine and a large bath tub with handheld shower. The sauna is set to 70 degrees and I enjoyed it greatly after a long day. A rare treat in an apartment. The owner is very helpful. All up, it's great value for money. Schiphol is a 30-35 minutes train ride away from Utrecht Central station.

The location was great. There was plenty of space, and everything was clean and comfortable. The spa bath and sauna were very nice. We hope to return.

The location was central to everywhere we wanted to visit. It had a washing machine which was a fabulous bonus. The location felt very safe. It was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The sauna was great too.

The bathroom was very small & the shower even smaller. The microwave did not seem to be connected.

Great location, Clean , plenty of space and great facilities in the Apartment. Kind friendly host.

Nico met my daughter in person and explained everything about the flat. We had a wonderful stay as it was practical, comfortable, homy, with great attention to details and cherry on the cake, with a sauna!
