Grea hotel, great location and lovely staff.

location is good, right by the ski lift and a 5 minute walk into town. lovely reception team, the girls on the desk are excellent.

a small coffee machine in the room would be perfect.

Overall the hotel was clean but the facilities were a bit poor,quite expensive for what it was!

No pool. Food although adequate it was always Luke warm or cold, dining area was confusing ( layout of food) shortage of plates, cutlery. All a bit mixed up. Only 1 microwave oven. Overall the place was a little bit dated and could do with some TLC.

Great location for skiing, but tired facilities

Great location for skiing, but the hotel looks tired for 4*. We had a triple room and 2 of us barely fit, can't imagine 3 people with their luggage and all the ski gear in them. Half/Full Board rules are super unclear, what's included and what's not, even to the staff - we had wine included with the dinner, but apparently you can't have hot tea after your meal (had to pay extra at the bar), and teas are only reserved for breakfast. Food itself was plentiful and filling, but not extraordinary by any stretch. Daily apres ski snacks were a nice touch. Spa facilities are ok, but visits need to be booked daily, however steam room was barely warm and without any steam, probably due to poorly fitting door. So overall, the stay was ok, definitely not a 4* experience, but we were there to ski and not seeking luxuries.

we were given a disability shower which meant we had to mop the floor every time we used it. the breakfast was awful.

disappointing although staff is friendly

rooms much smaller than indicated on the pictures. full board does not include any drinks at the property. wellness facility very exclusive and requires a booking for use. no exercise facility. lifts and carpets are filthy. towels had stains. no soap dish in shower. food options very tasteless and small variety. pizzas probably best option but made so slowly that not feasible to wait as many people opt for that option.

Staff was attentive and helpful.

All three of us got food poison at some stage during the week. The food was very bad every second day, the choice was non-existent. The quality is rather 1* than 4 star - huge change in comparison to previous stay at mmv clubs at Les arc 2000

A good hotel with very good food, excellent service and nice atmosphere, good value for money.

The hotel was overall very good. Service from staff was excelllent. They were readily available and very helpful. We found the food very good, plenty of it and good variety. Lovely warm bedroom, we were able to control the temperature and have it hotter during the day but cooler at night. Nice view overlooking the slope. Access to the ski slope and closeness of Cairn gondola was excelllent.

Food could have been hotter but there was a microwave which we used. Beds were too hard and water pressure in the shower could have been better. No English TV channels although they did manage to get us BBC world news. Check in on Saturday was very busy, they could have had more staff on duty and the form for the police could have been completed online prior to arrival.

DONT GO HERE!! BOOKING SHOULD DELIST THIS PROPERTY

Nothing, most grows hotel ever.

This is a scam!. We got a room change and with the same discusting bed sheets withs spots on the of dirt. Hairs where every where and there was blood on the wall. Everything was outdated, small rooms etc etc and we payed 2700 euro for 8 days. We checked out of the hotel after one night sleep because we already got 2 room changes. They didnt give 1 euro of our money back. DONT GO HERE!

Great location. And that's it.

The hotel was nice. Great location.

The staff was really rude. Every time we asked for something they said they can't do anything about it. We had to ask over and over again for simple things like opening the vault. The spa is very small. The food wasn't tasty for most of the meals we ate there. Overall, this hotel doesn't meet basic requirements for a good vacation.

The room advertised for 3 people was too small to comfortably fit 3 people in. would have been perfect for two.

we arrived as a couple and found two twin beds in the room. We asked to combine two beds into one large. We asked for this for two days. On the third day, we found that someone had moved our beds, but there were two separate mattresses and only one blanket. We tried to sleep on it, but the beds kept moving apart and we fell between the beds. We also could not sleep separately, since only one blanket remained. It was impossible to get through to the reception, as they do not work in the evening and at night and there is no person on duty. On the fourth day, after numerous requests from our side, someone spread one sheet over two mattresses, apparently this person believed that the sheet would help the beds not separate, but this did not work of course. So we were forced to sleep this way all week. We ourselves, our things, our pillows - everything fell into the gap between the beds. And after such a sleepless night, we went to a terrible breakfast, where there was not even enough hot water to make tea. From hot food there were only tasteless unroasted sticky pancakes and a scorched omelet. Breakfast was buffet style, but no one cleaned the tables on time. The toasters did not work, and it was necessary to stand in line for warm pancakes for 10 minutes. In general, the staff was very rude and unprofessional, we did not feel that we were pleased at this hotel. The only time we felt the attention of the staff was when we accidentally passed the front desk in ski boots. The woman at the reception made a remark to us that we cannot ski in this part of the hotel and must go out and circle from the other side (while she spoke French to us, although she knew that we speak English). The rest of the time the staff did not respond to our requests and did not even try to be polite with us. The rooms are very dirty, old repairs and furniture, generally dirty everywhere, especially the carpet. I do not recommend it.

We were super happy! Food amazing, staff super friendly (Donatella particular). We will surely come back! Spa experience and massage highly recommended. Ski rental on site, ski in/out perfect. Only missing is a kettle in a room. Sincerely, Lidija
